  7.  @realestatemindset  lets just hope they have no other choice but to contto drop prices. I have been going to new construction homes for the last couple of months. The same house and floor plans I saw months ago now have full windows that do open in the living rooms,, but 2 months ago they had the windows that open. The sinks in both master and other bathroom had drawers that open, now they are pitting in the counters that the drawers don't open. Talk about putting in material that is cheaper amd low cost for the builder. Um, um, um.

  30. I get your thoughts , but the prices are real. Travis is not getting paid for promoting. I live in that Sienna area. Everyone seems to think that when you say Texas, there are no homes at these price points, but think again, Texas has been rocked by price increases as well.

  34. Great hypothesis Travis. I can tell you take alot of time to sit back look at the data and put things in perspective. No one should want to be house poor. We all know homes are overpriced and unaffordable, so don't be silly and go out and buy right now. You been renting this long. The longer you wait, sit back relax and don't spend unnecessarily the better position you will be when you do/will/can buy. Look at it like this. Keeping yourself in a position to buy is helping you and your family. Short term discomfort for long term benefits. Love yourself, and your family. It will be greater later.
