  3. This is the reason I love your channel. I believe even if you hadn't experienced a hurricane you still would have the heart to give. Looking out for others is what you do. Prayers going up for Floridians and all the states and families going through these hurricanes.

  29. So doesn’t the sell of a home at $700k make the rest of the homes in that area with the same sqft and bed rooms size worth that amount as well? How does inventory make the price of homes go down when already over inflated, especially here in Texas.
