It's gonna be interesting to see how everyone start getting on the side of knowing its gonna go down because its happening fast from all ends. Interest rates to losing equity.

  27. I feel like the prices are still overpriced. But I also feel like don't try to time the market and miss out. Just be well leveraged and confident and know that you will not be one that is laid off. What goes up will, and is coming down. Real estate is just like the stocks with ups and downs. Only difference is stocks go fast real estate is stagnant and slower.

  42. You need a realtor if you don't know all the laws and bylaws. FSBO's usually don't know all the things that go into selling a home. As long as you have a great realtor you can trust use them. It's their job just as you go to work daily so do they. Being a realtor is not as easy as some may think. It's alot of work that goes into both sides for buyer/seller and the due diligence means alot when you have an awesome realtor. A GOOD realtor will cut their commision and help out as this is how they get referrals which is how alot of realtors get all their sales.
