That comparison to America about school tootings isn't entirely accurate, Here in the United States Suicide by gun for accidental misfiring of weapons near or on school grounds can be considered a school shooting there are more of these incidents than there are actual violent attacks on schools. In fact here in my home town a student brought their shotgun to our local school and shot himself in the head right at the entrance, this suicide was reported as a school shooting in local new.

  14.  @raymaster  sanctions on china won't work, the rest of the world stands to loose a lot more in a trade war with them due to their massive deposits of ore and coal, and all the work that's outsourced to them will require time and resources to replace, doing this suddenly will make the current recession even worse, when trump tried to start a trade war with them companies had to lay people off and some shut down entirely. many people forget how much the rest of the world imports from them and how much labor is outsourced to them, sanctioning them would be like wounding someone at the cost of wounding yourself just as badly.

  29.  @swaguelclemens9164  Because in the US we can still vote to Kick them out of office, or impeach them, or overthrow them with violence whereas in Russia if you try to get rid of them or oppose the government they'll simply arrest you. If Russians can't vote them out or refuse to overthrow corrupt leaders through violence, then the other nations need to protect themselves from that corrupt government. Espionage is a real thing and one way foreign powers can protect themselves from espionage, sabotage, and infiltrateion is through green card systems. At the end of the day nations need to protect themselves from hostile foreign powers and sometimes that requires discriminating against people, and sometimes that requires discriminating against people As bad as that sounds it's much preferable to having A bomb go off in your city, Much like what happened to that women who was the daughter of an ally of putin.
