@RamsayBolton13 just because he's cheated in the past does not mean he cheated in the competition, it is the burden of the organization to prove he cheated not simply accuse him of cheating; so far I haven't seen any credible evidence put forward that he cheated when facing Magnus. He likely used those instances of cheating in the past to study the chess engines that can beat chess masters with near perfect accuracy to think like those engines.

What if the arbitrator refuses to give you anything despite being wrong then can you take it to court because with arbitration companies have the potential to screw you by not giving you anything in the way of compensation
1
If if you're knowledgeable enough on a subject to know before the briefing what the stock market is going to be like in the next few months and decide to sell off your stock that's perfectly fine any regular Joe Schmo with enough education end in sight into the stock market and epidemiology might be able to predict it but if you do it after you get brief subject that is not publicly available then you're liable for insider trading

Conservatorships need to be reworked

You do have an obligation to save a drowning individual if you live in California live in California and witness it

This ruling effectively make the president a dictator who can do whatever he wants.

Me watching this after RBG died. YOU LIED TO US!

I feel like this lawsuit against the guy building this car could be easily dismissed by arguing that he is not portraying the car in any acting way and at the construction of the car is no different than someone making a Batman costume for Comic-Con and making a video about it sort of like how Adam Savage from Mythbusters does

Woopy: "all the excuses in the world don't matter, 3 people got shot so the shooter is a murderer". Ok woody thinks self defense is murder, I'll remember that if someone ever breaks into her house to hurt her and she kills them in self defense.

I would really love and educational series on laws that matter to the Common Man, Laws that most people normally wouldn't know unless they did their research; who knows this series could help me dodge a bullet later
1
If DC a federal district has had it legal for decades then it's hypocritical that they force states to make it illegal
1
"but if you kill a team mate it doesn't really matter" someone should tell the Mordhau community that

"Alic's fancy lawyer were involved in some vudoo trickery." I immediately don't trust any lawyer talking like that, it makes them sound like some dumb crawfish farmer from Louisiana.

Just think about all the money parlor is wasting on these lawsuits that they could be putting towards creating their own hosting platform where they make the rules

Libertarians in America these days are more akin to anarchists than actual Libertarians

I would hope that a judge would make the non disclosure agreement she has signed non enforceable

Joe Biden should use his presidential power to put them all back in prison, just like he has the ability to Pardon he also has the ability to imprison without a trial
1
The open nature of the block chain is pretty much the only good thing about it it's still rife with scams scams and crime
1
technically those criminals are batman's peers since he often deals with them, they just don't like him. It's like your peers at school, your not on good terms with all of them.
1
Objection! Just because it's my duty to turn over negative evidence doesn't mean that I'm going to turn over that negative evidence, I would instead hide or destroy said evidence like many other companies do. You can't be caught if there's no evidence to prove you hiding the evidence, just like you can lie in court if nobody can prove you're lying.

Since when are boycotts illegal?

The people responsible should be put to prison slavery for their crimes, if Eldorado was that dry in that hot there clearly should have been a fire band that covers pyrotechnics. Only through a lifetime of slavery would they ever hope to come close to paying back all the damage done
1
@JohnE9999 nah we need to get as much money out of them as possible
1
I believe Brian it was a witness capturing the incident on tape, I think he knew trouble was afoot and decided to follow along to make sure whatever happened would be captured on camera and presented to the police; he never attacked the guy just video taped it

@anony1596 but there weren't any cops there until after everything went down

Wouldn't that Republican Congress woman who said she would carry her gun while in Congress and tweeted out other Senators locations during the riot be in violation of 40 u.s. code 5104 (e)(1)(B)
1
If you are a senator wanting to invest stocks you cannot use insider-trading to benefit your Investments should grow or tank along with the rest of the United States population so it will be in your best interest to minimize disasters, the less of a hit the public takes the less of a hit you take.
1
I will admit in the first case with the Junior Mints, the judge does vastly underestimate the amount of people who also think like the plaintiff. Your average american has the same complaint about many different products.

What is coming up to me with a shotgun saying "stop I just want to talk" I'm not stopping because I'm afraid that man's going to shoot me

Nobody should ever be forced to buy a company
1
@IAmNumber4000 contracts like that shouldn't be legal in the first place, also the courts didn't give Elon enough time to make a proper case against Twitter so he could legally back out. I should have the right to back out of a deal if things don't seem as desirable as they initially were when I first signed the contract
1
@IAmNumber4000 none of this matters to me, I should have the right to back out of a deal if it starts to turn sour at any time and contracts that say you have to follow through with the deal under legal penalty should be legally unenforceable like nondisclosure contracts that force people to stay quite about crimes committed against them. Twitter didn't stand to lose anything from elon backing out
1
@IAmNumber4000 the seller doesn't stand to lose anything and can always find another buyer, they don't need to be protected from people who have seconds thoughts. It's my money and if I start thinking that this might not be as good an investment as I once thought then I want to back out. I don't care what the current law is or your opinions on the matter, I believe no person should be forced to buy anything as forcing someone to buy something is no better than extortion.

I wish i could donate, but my bank won't let me have a card due to another bank falsely claiming I owe them $100 dollars; I had already disputed this but it seems they are trying to falsely claim I owe them again
1
Looks like it's time to start a movement to overturn the supreme court decision on weither the police are obligated to help you. If the supreme court wants to overturn roe v wade to save children's lives then they should overturn this ruling to do the same
1
But legal disclaimer embodies the definition of fine print
1
The solution to skyrocketing child care costs is tax reduction and subsidization of child care industries that prioritize expanding those industries and making them more efficient.

You better subscribe to this man if you haven't yet, otherwise I'm gonna get daddy Phill to punch you in the throat.

They would have the option to immigrate back into the other states

trump is but a symptom of the republican party as a whole, they will do anything to be in power including perpetuating conspiracy theories and refuting solid science in favor of money and power. they don't care about the future of this country only what benefits them now.

So if instead of setting a booby trap pointed at the door what the old man himself was in the room with a shotgun pointed at the door waiting to shoot whoever next burglarized his house, would that be considered excessive force; this couple was repeatedly burglarized and victimized and enough was enough the next poor soul that just so happened to burglarize it would have been grievously injured and it's rightly deserved yes it's extreme but if I were in his shoes I would do the same thing after having dozens of my belongings stolen through multiple break-ins and after doing everything I can to reason with and deter other criminals from burglarizing me. the lesson here is clear don't be a criminal because you never know what might happen to you when you break in and enter someone's house. this couple was rightfully Out For Blood after being repeatedly victimized, and the argument that some kids might explore it is unrealistic as the house was in the middle of nowhere and had many signs saying keep out; I don't know about you but I can only take so many beatings before I snap and fight back without restraint. I pity the thief for his injury but not enough to pay him for it, and I deem this case unjust as the family had already lost so much to thievery. The lives of those who would do harm (while yes have value) wether it be physical, emotional; or financial are always worth less then those of people who just want to live their lives without fear of theft or harm.

Simply standing around with a gun is not provocation, simply disliking the fact that someone is carrying a gun is not enough be considered a provocation.

All the conservatives in the fishing industry are going to work against the Trump Administration when the oil companies start killing off swaths of fish through pollution

I don't think legally the President can be removed with the 25th amendment as hes not insane just a tyrant, so the only rout is another impeachment.
