@akon360 They are an unreliable supplier and they have demonstrated it to everyone by now. Europe will hurt, for sure, but they will move away from relying so heavily on Russian gas. Everyone laughs at Europe now, but what about Russia? Europe is their best costumer, among others, because the infrastructure was built over the decades. Russia barely has enough pipes and terminals to export gas/liquified gas to other markets. Some of that is being built, but it will take many years, some of that infrastructure needs Western technology (which they won't be able to import) and the Chinese as well as other nations will not become too dependent on Russian hydrocarbons because they know how they operate. Russia is shooting herself on the foot with this move.

@julia_1945_v Funny that you accuse us of being colonialism when you are fighting an imperialist campaign lol. Projecting much?
8
Leave some kool-aid for the other propagandists, "Luis." Also, can you share some details on which major countries will be sending observers to these Ukrainian regions? Nicaragua, Venezuela, North Korea, Eritrea, Syria and maybe Iran?
8
@punkrachmaninoff Give me that lecture since you have so much to teach.
7
@pekranevikrane Would not you be afraid?
7
It is a smaller country. He got invaded by a beefier military. What do you expect, really?
7
@RealCherry8085 Would you say the same if the tortured people were your family members? Grow up.
7
@Traiano Wellcome Bollocks. Do some research and see how many suffered from hypothermia and frostbite in March/April.
6
@edufonseca5718 Is this when you suggest that I watch Patrick Lancaster's videos? 😂
6
Bunch of 🤡
6
@Kevin No, lol, it was part of the USSR. Don't embarrass yourself.
6
@jackytang3683 Of course, every time that Russia hits a civilian target, which they do daily, there were soldiers inside or weapons. And you expect we will buy it.
6
@navamsinna8492 Who's invading who? A reminder, please. Who's got a call from the ICC this week? I don't remember. Putin, maybe? Why would that be?
6
@faraidanha9291 But it can't be! Lavrov told us that the Russians were not hitting non-military targets. And we all know that the Russian establishment never ever lies.
6
@matimus100 Cope.
6
@ekaputri1319 LOL it is Spain. Check out the map. Don't believe everyone on the internet.
6
Nah, he was 91 and had been sick for quite some time. He also kept a low profile because he had no inmunity.
6
@magatism You are watching a different movie, pal.
6
Lots of people live in areas that are prone to disasters. Should we blame the Japanese the next time a Tsunami hits? Or the Puerto Ricans the next time a tropical storm ravages the island? Or the Turks, the next time a bad quake kills dozens?
6
"Don't trust Russia" is the take home message.
6
Amazing interview prof, thank you!
6
@IlikeCatF Argentina has done it before.
6
@samsungtap4183 You clearly don't know anything about Libya 🤣
6
@pakde8002 The good old defenestration.
6
@fagreed3938 "All NATO weapons are in Ukraine" - better go to sleep, pal. This heat is not good for you.
6
Zelensky is responsible for everything, apparently.
6
Increase the pressure on Russia. Kick them out of the G20. Block their access to IMF funds.
6
Had not Russia invaded Ukraine (yet again), none of that would have been necessary.
6
They can't, apparently.
5
@billjane5522 Can't you do better than sad whataboutisms?
5
@Ender95 ED He is a frustrated brexiteer who could not go to work today because there was no petrol in any gas stations and thus he takes to the internet to badmouth the commission.
5
@Sky Mile Spain has borders in Morocco with Africa, it is that simple.
5
Millions have been rendered homeless. Some reports were saying 20 million. I don't know how accurate those are, but just think about what that'd mean.
5
They are doing what they can.
5
@Mr.Clownensky it's understandable that some people don't want to participate in colonial wars waged by their counties in 2023
5
@TapiKoks You trippin, pal.
5
@diegomorata2885 Do you know what's sad, Diego? Your whataboutism. Try again, papi.
5
Refer to the "this is fine" meme.
5
The US signed the Budapest Memorandum and is to an extent responsible for the security of Ukraine.
5
@greekwarrior5373 LOL invincible. Do you do stand up comedy? I would pay for more jokes like these.
5
@SwordOfTheSpirit-I- Russia has gained a bit of land so far. It has also lost the lives of thousands of young men, destroyed her economy for the years to come and become a despised, global pariah. We are all watching and we won't forget.
5
@herrlich1461 The likes of North Korea, Venezuela, or the Central African Republic.
5
@benbo7042 Many countries on Africa clearly do.
5
@jptrainor Let me guess. Z supporters are right and enlightened creatures whereas those who oppose the Tsar's new vision for Europe are mad and ideologically possessed. Is that a good assessment, "Jim"?
5
@Anonymous Bosch Is Russia an important actor in global supply chains because of the status as one of the world's largest gas stations? - Yes. Is Russia a pariah? Also yes. Not mutually exclusive!
5
What for?
5
@Shiva_shankar-w8p Russian play book on civilian deaths. 1) Kill civilians. 2) Say that (a) the dead were either combatants or that (b) there were combatants around. 3) Wait and hope the lie flies.
4
@babblo1389 Bad EU for invading Ukrai... Oh, wait.
4
@СергейМонин-д7с They will come, don't worry. And as it is tradition now, like you folks said when you targeted Kramatorsk, you will prob. just resort to the handy lie that the "Ukrainians did it." Maybe withdraw from Ukraine? We would not have to be dealing with things like these anymore ;)
4
@nomxhosapekani7966 This is not a matter of race. South Africa is part of the ICC. Period.
