@nickh6076 Extremely good, the .22 is as good as it gets.
7
You do, yes. It only takes the smallest of tilts.
7
The Hollywood silenced gun sound effect is literally a first-round thru new baffles Welrod shot.
7
@ForgottenWeapons That's great for the Europeans, but doesn't help us Aussies much. It's a $180+ Australian book as it is and when you add on the $60 or so to ship it's a lot of money. It's not your fault mate, it's just that global shipping is insanely expensive, way more expensive than it has a right to be.
7
Ma'am, you are a keeper!
7
@veselinjokanovic3032 Full stop is correct for the UK, Australia, New Zealand and I suspect, Canada so ignore the Americans, they forget other places exist :)
7
@bretert 900
7
Always did like these, we came across a few of them in Africa, and as Ian said, dead set reliable and nice and simple.
7
I've shot one, it's a mold line.
7
Don't perpetuate the myth that we have no gun rights, I have a safe full and so do 100s of 1000s of other Aussies.
7
No, this won't stop an over-hot round blowing a chamber up.
7
Enough with the "schoolyard" comments already! It was the guy's name FFS so not inappropriate in the least.
7
@liammeech3702 There were less than 50 people there but every man and his punk loving dog claims to have been one of them.
7
@kintustis Mag and bipod is everything?
7
@kereyc5751 Seriously? Only the 45th greatest nation in all of Europe!
7
And 5 to 20

@GhostBear3067 point of aim is engines
6
@GhostBear3067 fastest stop is no motive power. A dead helmsman can be replaced and .50 sized holes take a lot of time to fill a boat.
6
@michaelgregory9721 BUT IT'S A TIGER!
6
It's a one-off prototype, why didn't you just wait until after Fireplace Guy bought it? 😁
6
Can confirm, Škorpion is fast on the mag dump, yes. I carried one as a PDW in Africa and have a lot of love for them.
6
@Ealsante Amen. Thank you brother Ealsante for that reading from The Book of Armaments.
6
@vincentmueller3717 I was thinking the same.
6
@shadowlord0162 Not close enough if you are in a bunker 800m from the weapon. 🤔
6
With just a hint of broom handle Mauser thrown in.
6
Holy crap!
6
That is actually a very nice design and with a bit of refinement, I'd like one. Do it in stainless steel and it would be a great truck/boat/airplane/ski cabin/whatever gun. It's a 7.62 NATO not much larger than the size of an M1 carbine. That has to be a good thing for a lot of uses where size and weight and firepower are all important. No trouble getting mags either!
6
I think that makes the point, normal speaking voices meant it was hard to hear.
6
Theirs don't, 1200m
6
A lot of fun tho.
6
@G_Ludwig No but the OP did and you said "it's 4" backing up his statement
6
Ian you need a correction on this one, not only does Industrias Trejo de Zacatlán S.A still exist, they still make firearms alongside coffee-making equipment and, they still make a version of this little jigger.
6
What a beautiful set of guns, that is about as desirable as HMGs get. In addition, not only is it fine Swedish engineering but like most Swedish ex-service weapons, it's in lovely condition.
6
Oh God I completely missed the joke until now 😂😂 😂
6
That myth is so old I can remember it being in the British "Battle" comics that used to come out weekly with a half dozen serialised war stories in them. Maybe that's where it started?
6
Indeed, it should be on every school reading list to remind them that while demand "safe space" rooms their 17 and 18 year old forebearers were dyeing at sea in below zero temps. I doubt anyone who has ever read that book will forget it, it's his masterwork IMHO.
5
@Thermalions Somewhat of an understatement I suspect sir.
5
Someone is going to be very happy in a couple of weeks. Congratulations in advance to whoever buys it.
5
@derekeastman7771 Not really mate, the stud for the safety will tell you and if you have it in back to front you won't press it so no kaboom.
5
"oh that must be rare, the kind of thing that fi . . . yup, we at fireplace guy's" This is another early pistol I'd buy a reproduction of. The list is getting longer and no bugger makes any of them.
5
It could be the worst HMG ever made (it's not, far from it in fact) but it's still a fully transferable HMG so no one would care, it would still go for a medium-sized fortune.
5
'ken oath, or better yet, 44/40 giving you the option of black powder loads if you so wish.
5
@ForgottenWeapons Yup, I knew it 😊
5
Shame he was incorrect.
5
I've just come home from doing the fireworks for a county fair, that smell, all hail!
5
Very cool, Matt Carriker just bought one and he loves his. "He managed to damage his recoil spring" Sounds like it is Matt's. 😄
5
@paulmorissette5863 He means cost wise mate
5
@Sir_Godz He does but he has a really crappy fake fireplace with I can never reconcile with his obvious wealth.
5
@MrTruckerf Why would it be gone forever, you guys need to stop believing everything you read on the internet,, seriously. I still have mine along with my other handguns.
