Thank you for your service even in a fucked up war. I'd love to lay my hands on a PBR but regrettably there are only a handful remaining. Even info and specs are short supply nowadays.

No real issue in QLD, a hand gun is a hand gun up here.
3
Ahh, the well known Get Off My Lawn 5000
3
@LucioFercho WTF are you talking about? It is NOT a copy, it was designed by BRNO for the British. Good god man, if you are going to comment at least know the subject!
3
Hmm, an H&K built for the .44 Automag? That would be interesting, maybe a machine pistol?
3
@lancekilkenny721 LOL, who spreads this bullshit and why do y'all believe it? No one is being put in camps for not getting the jab nor is anyone being forced.
3
I've watched this several times but I've never noticed the inbuilt muscle memory reaction where he goes to close the shottie after loading two shells almost every time. It's a perfect illustration of why stuff you do in a range comp (such as pocketing a mag instead of dropping it) can be fatal in a real-life shoot. Habits are hard to break.
3
@MrBandholm An assured increase in value especially when it gets a glowing review like that from someone people trust to be honest. If you were after an early SMG to actually shoot you would now know that this is a solid bet, easy to shoot, accurate and runs well without jams.
3
Ian, just how many platforms do you think someone can support? $15 a month is more than Nexflix for a handful of videos. If I subscribed to every creator going down this path I'd be in for 100s a month. Sorry mate but not happening.
3
That muzzle doesn't move a milimetre! Very impressive.
3
Gun Jesus does the M79 The Roach approves
3
@atfyoutubedivision955 I think it's 'bot but I can't for the life of me work out why it's here all the time. Maybe just some twat who has it in for Ian for some reason?
3
@ Best of luck sir, it's a piece worth the time and effort, of that I'm sure. Oh, and ignore the trolls, they are not worth the effort of a reply.
3
Elitest crap, they are cheap, dependable and have the best warranty in the business.
3
The machining on this rifle is exquisitely done.
3
That's a nice example too with most of its finish intact but enough patina that you aren't going to be stressed about shooting a pristine example. AND it's in 9 mil, drool . . .
3
By the looks of it, 100m would be no problem at all with this.
3
I'm excited yes but the postage to Australia always kills these for me. It takes the base edition to over AU$200 and I just can't justify it.
3
Dear Leader is #1! Can I have my potato now?
3
And verily, Gun Jesus laid hands upon the Owen and saw that it was good.
3
@discerningscoundrel3055 Exactly, things like a Fairy Swordfish had fabric there.
3
@jakeblanton6853 Why yes of course they import the mud, from Elbonia naturally.
3
Mate always be so! Great cars, great jets and some incredibly good guns come out of Sweden. Oh, and ABBA, don't forget ABBA and IKEA. Lots to be proud of.
3
I (and this is unusual with such a rare piece) have NFI who the owner is but thank you sir for allowing us to witness this in use, it is hardly something we will see again, and given the rarity and desirability, you didn't have to do so as it would've sold for top dollar anyway. A coup[e of million people are forever in your debt.
3
With GSG9 on the butt end, I'd trust anything they consider appropriate.
3
Ian must really love the Yeet Cannon 😁 And yeah, that wasn't the maker's fault and more than Boaty McBoatface was the fault of the UK government.
3
My god that first one is gorgeous! Too nice tho, too nice to shoot.
3
You sound like Jay Lenno's dad.
3
I'd rather drink diesel oil than gin but a single malt rye Finnish whiskey sounds interesting . . . BTW IIRC the name of the Finnish state-run bottle shops (the only bottle shops) translates as "I like Alcohol" 😁
3
@stevenbaker8184 45/70 is a bit much for a brass frame and trapdoor breech. .45LC or 44/40 however would be spot on.
2
@Clay3613 More than you think. The 20s and 30s were dangerous times.
2
Very effective actually, with AP rounds that would have penetrated a couple of models still in use at the start of WW2. 37mm is a highly effective calibre or at least it was.
2
@SweetyVoltyy I used to do exactly that.
2
I've just finished reading a couple of books about Shanghai in the 30s and the gangsters who ran it, absolutely fascinating subject. Any freeport was a wild place but that one, whoa . . .
2
@cameronnorton5898 Fixed mag so the only really practical way.
2
@laxityazathoth1423 Negative, it happened mate. Some sources: ARRSEpedia (the British military open encyclopedia) - https://www.arrse.co.uk/wiki/Vickers And Popular Mechanics - https://www.popularmechanics.com/military/weapons/a18971/forgotten-weapons-the-vickers-gun-is-one-of-the-best-firearms-ever-made/ Plenty more out there.
2
@hailexiao2770 No the PIAT was actually a giant spring launcher, no explosive in the launch.
2
I suggest reading Eastern Approaches for a good primer on the early days of the SAS and a hell of a lot more to boot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Approaches
2
Looks like something Thomas Magnum would carry. I like it.
2
The complete set would be rather nice to have.
2
No, tankers as well.
2
The over shot wad
2
@Random Guy Now you are using homicide stats, not firearms-related stats. America has a large mental health issue that needs to be dealt with now instead of focusing on forearms but fixing mental health is difficulty and expensive.
2
Where do yo live that you can't own handguns at all?
2
@goofynose2520 LOL, no I didn't notice, it was somewhat late :)
2
@taichanie I believe there was an Irish gent tied up in that debacle.
2
Please, please tell me the seller allowed you to shoot it! I can not express how badly I want that.
2
That's disappointing. Fortunately, there are other such places.
2
Sir Humphrey Appleby (Yes, Minister) would call the decision not to attend SHOT Show "Courageous" and he'd be right. Potentially, a very expensive decision.
2
So, which one did you buy? 😛
