That is a better reason than most still I think it is fucking stupid. You should be voting for your values not for blowing shit up. Regarding, "Bernie was used to coral the youth vote" I'd ask why you think this if I cared more and/or thought there would be some kind of logic that would justify thinking this but there isn't. Bernie Sanders entered the race to get his message out and to be able to talk about the issues he cares about... PROGRESSIVE ISSUES. He knew the game was rigged. I didn't think he thought he had a chance when entering (why should he have, he was down 60 points), but after realizing how much his message was resonating and seeing his support grow it seemed clear that he had a shot and he was as sad about not winning as anyone (see his body language at the convention). Regarding, "only to switch it up at the last minute to give you the shit burger that was Hillary" Again this makes no fucking sense. Sanders exposed Hillary, the DNC, and the establishment for what they were and you think it was all just a ploy to get people to support Hillary? That makes no fucking sense to people paying attention. Hillary would have won had Sanders not run. But because of Sanders people decided they were not willing to support such a corrupt candidate and corrupt party even when the alternative was Cheeto dick. Regarding, "endorses Hillary and tells his base to get behind her." When entering the primary candidates pledge to support the winner of the primary. Sanders did what he said he would and endorsed Hillary. Not even for that reason so much but because he didn't want Trump to be President and he didn't want to be blamed for Trump being president. Can you really blame him? I don't. And remember what this was and what it wasn't. It was a fucking endorsement not his soul. I fucking love Sanders but I happily voted for Jill Stein because only sheep vote based on another person's endorsement. Regarding, "Bernie is a con artist , owns multiple huge homes" Do you get your stupid ass talking points from Hillary Inc? Regarding, "WE VOTED HIM" You voted for Hillary Clinton with an orange dick. That is really something to be proud of if you are fucking stupid. Regarding, "Bernie though is a fake progressive , he is owned by the Dem Establishment." Yeah, the guy who has done more to expose the DNC and the establishment for their corruption and rot is working for them. That would make sense if I were a fucking moron.

  4. Yes the DNC will do anything and everything they can to prevent Sanders from winning but there are not enough tricks in their playbook to keep him from winning. Regarding, "Didn't the DNC just purge all progressives from the organization?" Yes but not all that important to his campaign in all honesty. And if Sanders wins corporate dems can be purged just the same way. Regarding, "Don't they still have super Delegates?" Yes but I am confident they will fall in line and support the winner of the most pledged delegates. The establishment is corrupt but they are not stupid. If they are used to usurp the will of the voters, like they have never done, they will very possible lead to the destruction of the party. I would be ok with that. Regarding, "Closed primaries?" Yup. It is bullshit but their message is clear... they don't want you to vote in their primaries. Which means we need to make sure anyone and everyone does. Regarding, "what will be different from 2016" When he entered the race in 2016 he was virtually unknown and down 60 points and still he barely lost. In 2020 he will enter with the name recognition of a rockstar and is rightfully the most popular politician in the country. Hillary was portrayed as inevitable as an effort to try and suppress Sanders support. In 2020 Sanders will be the one that is inevitable. He is going to crush anyone and everyone that tries to stop him. The game has clearly changed.

  5. Regarding, "Bernie should adopt how trump campaigned." Keep in mind that Trump demonized immigrants and ran on committing war crimes (we have to take out their families). My point is that this notion or being like Trump is fucking terrible. I get that it really isn't the point you are trying to make, but the point you are actually trying to make needs to be done much, much better. We both agree about Bernie 2020. People on both sides of the spectrum (at least when it comes to the peasants) think money in politics needs to go and understand that our politicians are corrupt because of it. Then we should be focusing on things like universal health care and universal background checks. But we need to get the money out of politics first so that we can address all the other issues like those.
