  22.  @nofyfb123  You want the whole list? Okay… I’ll start with issues that have affected my last two Toyotas. 1. Rav4 hybrid 12v battery drain 2. Rav4 hybrid fuel tank/sender 3. Rav4 8-speed transmission performance at low gearing. That issue affects the Camry as well. 4. The Corolla CVT issues in its first 2 years. 5. 2AZFE engine’s head bolts unthreading. 6. Weak lower control arms and struts on the 2002-2007 Camry. 6. Oil consumption on the 2007-2012 Camry 7. Engine sludge issues on Camry prior to 2002. 8. Extremely thin paint on most models in the 2000-2015 years. 9. Then there’s this list: https://www.hotcars.com/problems-with-toyota-cars-everyone-ignores/amp/ 10. This: https://www.hotcars.com/problems-with-toyota-cars-everyone-ignores/amp/ 11. The Tacoma engine and transmission issues. 12. 4th Gen Rav4’s battery fires 13. Melting dashboards on various Toyota and Lexus models 14. Tacoma water leaks 15. Tacoma and Tundra frames 16. Bluetooth echoes on 2016- models 17. Electric window switches This is just a partial list of things wrong with Toyotas in the last 2 decades. The full list is far more exhaustive. The worst part of all this is that Toyota intentionally denies all issues until they are facing class-action law suits. So all those campaigns and recalls Toyota cultists mention aren’t a sign of Toyota’s self-awareness, but are rather a part of government-mandated safety recalls or a part of court room settlements. Toyota doesn’t even issue TSBs voluntarily.
