Erasmus is gone replaced with a naff version with fewer benefits. Plus the gov were known to be idiots before they were voted in. Even Boris's own former Conservative newspaper boss said Boris was useless. Meanwhile Michael Gove was last seen coked-up at a rave in Aberdeen. Jeez. Not really any empty shelves in Europe at the moment, either.

They: a) Destroyed unions b) Can hire students working to 'get experience' c) Can hire 'under the table' cash only etc. d) Can farm out work to other countries e) Can get free or cheap staff as 'trainees' then bin them after the gov grants stop f) They also pretend there's more jobs going than there actually are, this plays into the narrative of 'there's loads of jobs, stop scrounging' but in reality if there was a real large-scale labour shortage we'd be seeing wages rise accordingly... which we don't. So either supply and demand doesn't work (It does) or the employers are not being truthful.
