  5.  @oneoflokis  Top priority is get the Tories out though, otherwise 5 more years of misery and 5 more years for them to undo democratic safeguards to make it even more difficult to oppose them or vote them out after that.

  10. He knows that if he fights Israel that is playing into their hands, and will give the American right the excuse to takes sides with Israel against Syria. With no friends they can't win. This is a tragedy in the making. Besides, his military capacity will be low after the war against Assad and Israel bombing remaining weapons stockpiles. What is your solution?

  11. He's probably only second to Sunak in having no political common sense or judgement. I worry about his position on Northern Ireland too. From what he's said previously I can imagine him caving in to the DUP. Even the Tories aren't (so far) caving in to DUP blackmail. As a lawyer all he has to do is follow the rules of law. Politically he seems all at sea. I think he's also terrified of what the Tory media can do to tear him to bits publicly for saying something unpopular in the run up to the election. He's desperate to get Labour into power.
