  1. I don't see a problem with the gov't protecting its divers. Sending them into water that's obviously got rotting bodies, rust and all kinds of oil and fluids from vehicles in it is PROBABLY not a great idea in the first place.

Especially considering the propensity for violent response from that demographic (sadly true based on facts from LEOKA and the FBI criminal database) being 12X higher than any other set of people.
