  44. I envision a system whereby all semen-shooters who wish to fornicate are required to have an escrow-type account where they must deposit an as-of-yet-undetermined amount of dollars. All 100% of unwanted pregnancies are caused by uncontrollable semen-shooters. The funds in said account will be rendered to the child-bearer who is forced to give birth. The child-bearer will also hold sole rights to the child and whether or not they wish to be involved with said semen-shooters.
