I'm still unclear, though, if he was "merely" guilty of outrageously reckless behavior, or if he actually intended to end his daughter's life. Either way he is vile, but his wife is not free of moral guilt either.

This girl was 26 years old at the time, 29 when they married. Still not good, but it doesn't deserve the death penalty. She got away with murder.

So yes, Bryan Freedman's all out war to defend his client, Baldoni, certainly has a major public component to it. But just as with everything else here, that's Lively's fault.
