Besides, this 'infrastructure attack' was upon a private corporation, which has absolutely nothing to do with the ARP stimulus bill. But, be thankful that this administration is doing everything possible to truck in fuel to the East Coast in order to temporarily alleviate the problem caused by the independent corporation's complacent and incompetent IT department..
