Everyone fires their missiles and then dies.

We don’t even need anything that drastic. The US just needs to stunt China’s growth for a couple decades until their demographics start be coming a huge problem.
79
@vilzupuupaa4680 when has that ever stopped Russia?
57
And China will become the world's largest parking lot.
51
You’re 5th great grandfather lived it, and you will see it again

Texas and California have a disproportionate amount of US military hardware. Fort Hood in Texas is a massive training center for tanks, and as the video mentioned, California has a large part of the Pacific fleet.
39
The UN forces were winning at the time of the ceasefire, and took the third highest casualty rate after North and South Korea. Furthermore, all the success China had was do to human wave tactics, which are no longer acceptable.
34
In Korea China was using human wave tactics, took huge casualties, and was being driven back at the time of the ceasefire. Today they'd do even worse because they've become a conventional military, which are the type of military the US is best at fighting.
34
The Chinese military is corrupt as hell. The troops are under trained. Their equipment, as whole, is well behind the US. China's only aircraft carrier spends most the time in port because of mechanical problems, and they can't even built their own jet engines.
32
Depends on what you mean by China.
28
Why does there need to be a land invasion? The US only needs to blockade China. 80% of China's economy come from exports. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to be guy in charge of a country that just had 80% of it's economy disappear. You have options and they're all bad.
27
The US Navy is more than twice the tonnage of the Chinese navy and better trained/equipped.
23
1) they have to side with Napoleon for the video. 2) the French would definitely side with the French. I think most people from nations with strong national identities would side their countrymen if transported back in time if they weren’t trying to not interfere.
22
Y’all are forgetting a few things: 1) there only a couple times of year the weather allows for an invasion, 2) China has to take control of Taiwan in that window or their troops will more or less cut off.
22
Nice list and f not Americans. I can give an even bigger list of Americans who did things everyone thought were impossible.
20
The US is NATO. Without the US NATO is just a bunch of squiggling limbs.
19
Pa and big brother are teaching little Oz how make nuclear subs.
18
Poland is reclaiming its place as a European power
15
War is great for business if you're in the right kind of business.
14
@ГеоргийМурзич how does that have anything to do with Russia’s habit of invading neutral nations?
13
The word you’re looking for is morale
12
@SLOWPOKE RODRIGUEZ Afganistan? Large parts were and still are controlled by a terrorist organization that murdered thousands of Americans without even a hint of justification. The rest you mention are dictatorships, which the US considers an enemy against all humanity.
10
Yes, the British really want Sovites sweeping across mainland Europe so that they're just across the channel. Most people would generally like to wreck someone else's house than their own.
10
Texas produces 40% of US oil production.
8
People have been predicting the down fall of the US for 241 years.
7
It’s not incompetence. It’s deliberate.
7
The US took Afghanistan and Iraq in weeks. The problem was keeping them from murdering each other en mass.
7
I think you're mixing up the main land with Taiwan.
6
@unclejoeoakland aerospace has abandoned California, and a major fighter factory is Dallas
6
Rather than mirrors, a better armor choice against lasers is an ablative coating similar to the ones use as heat-shields on spacecraft.
6
Most of China’s food is either imported or dependent on imported fertilizer. A war could leave 500 million people starving in China. Also, China’s economy isn’t ascendent. Their growth is built on extreme over leveraging, and with the Evergrand and other developers collapsing as we speak, their economy looks like it’s in a slow motion implosion. Moreover, China’s demographics are terrible; within the decade China is going to have more retirees than 20-30 year-olds. A country can’t run on pensions.

Lions are good at hunting gazelle, not rats.
5
Dictatorships, like China, love to invest in wonder weapons that will single-handedly sweep the enemy. The US invests in smaller, more practical weapon systems.
5
China is not going to be fighting a guerrilla war. China is going to be fighting a conventional war. Furthermore, China's military is not well trained or disciplined.
4
Mad Max, no war in human history has ever been fought for purely altruistic reasons.
4
The UK is out of the EU.
4
@jamescormack4669 the US has the best electronics, including sensors.
4
China actually has a fair bit of legacy aircraft from decades ago, so stringers and the like might be surprising effective. Also, China has said they would invade in Taiwan declared independence, and Taiwan might declare independence at anytime.
4
The US spent nearly two decades fighting insurgencies in territory even harder to fight in.
4
A large badly feed, badly trained, badly equipped, badly lead, army with weak logistics. North Korea's army has about one massive offensive until they have to fall back.
3
China believes in peace? Tell that to Tibet, Taiwan, and all its neighbors that have had and some still have conflicts over territory.
3
World citizen, all the estimates one the number of nuclear warheads China has have between 200 and 300. Also, China's population is a lot more concentrated than the US's. More than 90% of China's population lives in about a third of the country. While the majority of the US population lives on the costs, there is a significant portion of the population living out side the East and West costs. Back to my original point, if China was ever to use a nuclear weapon against the US, the US retaliation would be unimaginably destructive to China, which why the idea of using one against the US is moronic.
3
The first gulf war were Iraq went from having the fourth largest army in the world to having no functioning military in six weeks of air combat and 4 days of ground fighting.
3
You think China's navy could cross the largest ocean on the planet while fighting the most powerful navy in human history? The power difference between the USN and all the other navies is greater than the two power rule, were the Royal Navy was twice as powerful as the next two navies combined to insure their naval supremacy.
3
A larger economy is definitely an advantage, but it’s far from the determining factor.
3
Jasc Random, the Soviets took a lot longer to mobilize than the US did; although, the US was already starting to mobilize before Pearl Harbor in case something like that happened. Also, the Soviets took much high casualties than the Germans, something I’m not sure China would be willing to take now days. A large part of why the CCP is still in charge is because they’ve been able to deliver economic growth and prosperity.
3
Want to tell the mongols about not being able to conquer China or Russia?
3
Drones are a valuable class of weapons, but they can only do so much. With the wear and combat loses, I can see China moving in some of their less capable fighters. There was a lot of interference from the mainland in Taiwan’s elections, and people’s opinions can change pretty quickly, sometimes over night with a big event.
3
@mikicerise6250 don’t try reasoning with a wumao. All you can do is make fun of them.
3
China makes low quality toys and other light industrial goods. The US makes weapons, aircraft, and other heavy industrial goods.
