How did "[a few]" become the "many" per your statement? Is there fairy dust involved? You mentioned that a "company check book" was stolen and that somebody " tried to cash the forged checks at a liquor store." Are you trying to pin this alleged crime on ALL the Black hires? Your stated story lacks clarity! Are you claiming that ALL the Blacks in the USA are responsible for the alleged crimes you brought up? Does all this have anything to do with actual genuine white racism abuses?

Employment is the basic economic building block. Since Black Americans are often LAST HIRED, FIRST FIRED and PASSED OVER IN PROMOTIONS, money for stock market investments is mostly a pipe dream.

Nevertheless, genuine race discrimination does not stop just because Black Americans worked hard! The famous "Black Wall Street" of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood of Florida were two if the better known Black towns. There were many, many more! These Black communities were DESTROYED! What? You THOUGHT Blacks created NOTHING? Get it through your head! White racists hated seeing successful Black towns. The white racist KKK invaded and destroyed the successful Black towns! Since building successful Black towns was so dangerous, Black Americans tried to achieve RACIAL INTEGRATION! That obviously FAILED!

When someone works as an employee, they can only be paid what an employer is willing to pay! The idea of "minimum wage" is to keep the minimum pay at some kind of a reasonable bare minimum. Obviously, an employer can pay more for a more capable, better qualified employee. So, what are you complaining about?
