Error after error, all because it was rushed. Testing and training are the first things to get cut to any project that is being rushed because they happen at the end, especially in it. Most of the time it results in shoddy systems and software the don't work properly and people don't know how to use properly, and this is exactly what happened here, only the consequences were fatal

  30. What the movie also missed commenting on in a big way I feel is the us governments disgraceful treatment of it's veterans. Over half have severe mental Heath problems, over a quarter are unemployed 3 years after leaving the military and 1 in 10 commit suicide, not to mention homicide.
