  1.  @grannymac3929  You have fooled yourself. I have had as many Pfizer shots as you can in the UK and I am healthier than I have been for years. It's all in your mind. I reckoned correctly that I would be less likely to get seriously ill if I had the vaccine rather than not as I have a chronic respiratory condition. Nothing has happened in two years that suggests I was wrong. All the crazy things that you people said were going to happen - The Great Reset, mass die-offs of vaccinated people etc etc DID NOT HAPPEN. Trump is a con artist. The unvaxed are still dying in their hundreds every day, from Covid, flu and pneumonia

Every single comment I have made I can stand by, because they have aged very well indeed. If you read comments on here, there are loads of claims related to the "Great Reset" and vaccines. None of their crazy stuff has come to pass. Yes the US government is a right-wing laissez faire capitalist nightmare (Yes, Biden is centre right) but they always have been most of the time. Yes the UK government are too, but they nearly always are. I'm 60 and the more things change the more they stay the same. I think young people are our only hope

Look up the common English slang expression "do one" Apart from the foodstuff, a "gammon" tends to refer to an English person who is reactionary, rather red/puce in complexion, probably something of a Brexiteer, judgemental and prejudiced.

Is Eastern Europe really free and socially liberal suddenly? The region seems to be becoming authoritarian at a faster rate than the US. Romania is a member of the EU - do you share the values and commitment to human rights that the EU has? Communism isn't likely to become the ruling ideology of the USA any time soon.
