  1. You don't understand case law or else you wouldn't have created that hypothetical. In a deadly force situation any officer in any jurisdiction in the United States can use whatever force is necessary. A no choke hold SOP means that officers cannot use choke holds as a non-lethal force restrictor.

  4. The prosecutor is always provided by the state. They are called district attorneys and assistant district attorneys. Public defender is a defense attorney that is only provided in case you are financially incapable of paying for a lawyer at all.

Some gay kid in Tianjin ain't stressing me for what helps him achieve some kind of liberation, some moment of being whole, that I want for all the disadvantaged. All the oppressed. Your folks, my folks, his folks. Different necks. Longer I'm on this rock, however, it's looking more and more like it's the same boot on all of them.

  12. The same people that want to prevent access to abortion want to prevent access to any form of sexual education, or birth control, or STI vaccines. Which makes their actual desire to increase poverty, the destruction of women's lives and the infection among others rather clear.
