Choo, the VA Tech shooter, had gone off his medication over a year before the shooting, Loughner, the Arizona shooter, was not on drugs when he acted, Kip Kunkel was not on drugs, So basically, you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

  14. No, you do not need them. What possible excuse could you have for them? By claiming that you do need them, you are stating that you are a threat. There is every reason to outlaw such weapons for they serve no useful purpose in civilian hands and doing so could lessen such tragedies. Those already owned would be left in the hands of their owners, unless they took them out to shoot. The moment one is used at a range, it would be confiscated and destroyed.

The kidnapper, Garrido, had been mis-identified as needing only "low-level monitoring" after leaving jail. All of his follow-ups were based on that. The tents and sheds he kept her in were hidden from view in a secondary backyard. Durgard even worked for him at his business answering phones. So how would you have saved her?
