  25. I do NOT believe cumulative inflation from 2019 to now is 25%. Groceries have doubled, that's 100%. Housing in my neighborhood has doubled or tripled (South FL). Gas was 1.87 now 3.59. I do not believe a liar who says it's gone up only 25%, that's our government wanting us to believe the lies. My medicine last year was $19, yesterday is was $29. I could give so many examples. Our government lies.

  28. I'll buy the cheapest house I can find and NOT carry insurance. So, I'll only have property taxes to pay each month. I'm looking at around $600k so the property insurance will be about $800/month.

  47.  @MichaelBordenaro  Man I'm so tired of moving. I've lived in 8 houses since 2019, it gets so old. If you ever need to film from a boat (up and down canals or ocean) I have a regular 23' center console... as long as I'm not on film lol. I'm in Lauderdale By The Sea.

  48.  @candelariaw1668  ... and I have the cheapest rental in my area that's on the water. Other homes around here are 10-15k for on the water. I think it's absolutely crazy, and I'm more crazy for paying that. This very basic house I live in would sell for about $1.6m so the note would be insane. I'm retired and my daughter, son, and daughter's fiance live here so I somewhat justify this stupid high price... for a little while. We've been here for 2 years and when my lease is up later this year we might have to move to TX or back to TN.
