Funny how we didn't have an unaffordable problem before 2020/Covid and STRs had been around for 30 years or more. I've had my VRBOs since 2004, airbnb came about around 2008 but us OGs have been in business long before airbnb came about. Do a little research before sounding so uninformed.

  50. 65% of all homes in Florida are not primary rentals. A lot are 2nd homes to the elite New Yorkers to come during the winter. Those hypocrite liberals are all for illegal immigration, yet letting one of their homes sit empty for half the year, then the other sits empty for the other half year.
