  11.  @dennistyler9852  It is determined by the price assessment of the house. If you live in a 800 sqft house but it's on the beach, you'll pay $100k/year in taxes. My house isn't anything special but it's on a canal. The taxes are $21,800/year, plus $10k/year in insurance. We are moving to TN later this year.

  17. They did that in Nashville. People got around this by putting their properties in LLC and you can still sell the LLC without the city knowing. Court cases have been won in Nashville so those LLC homes are very expensive to buy.

  27. I'm in So Fl and go boating almost every day. The weather is not changing enough to feel it in our lifetime. Michael's salary would be the same anywhere if he does videos. The politics are NOTHING like CA. We don't wear masks at all. You can also protect yourself with a gun, and the criminals go to jail.
