YES. THIS.

Where's your source that whoever videoed this had a gun? Because you think you heard one? A "community setup". Gtfo man. You think this guy was stupid enough to live in the middle of an entire community out to kill him? Get fu**ing real.
3
Lau XI Hilarious how they can't just answer. Means "I'm so batshit nuts nobody will hire me."
2
Who cares about him? He isn't black or a lesbian and actually served America in the Marine Corps. instead of hating it.
2
He freed anyone being held on Federal level charges for marijuana only. However, that amounted to exactly zero people though.
2
@1spacemannsam You sound like a space man, Sam. Xiden doesn't have the power to do that in America, much less RUSSIA. She broke RUSSIA'S law.
2
They didn't shoot him because they "had a hunch". They shot him because he physically assaulted them. If I saw this guy trying to run to the side and get you 3 someone's house, screaming for help, as opposed to running straight at the one guy with a shotgun, I could see this as being a premeditated "hunt". However, that isn't what the video shows.
2
Yeah! Let justice win! MAYBE they'll find out they witnessed him committing a crime and legally tried to attempt a citizens arrest! The fact is, you nor anyone else knows what led up to this and you're making broad, sweeping ASSUMPTIONS! If we found that out to be the case, I bet you'll be complaining about "justice" but until then: LET JUSTICE WIN!
2
Shouldn't have been fucking around with a chimp for any reason whatsoever. Guaranteed, if my neighbor's chimp was loose (assuming they were dumb enough to have a chimp to begin with), they're on their own. No way in hell am I helping to catch or lure it. These things are well known for brutal gang warfare and have been known to gang up on SILVERBACK GORILLAS and their harem, stealing and killing their babies.
2
@stay1ify I do have a clue what I would do. As a matter of fact, I can put myself SQUARELY in his shoes, ASSUMING he did nothing. I have been held at gunpoint numerous times and attempted to be murdered once while watching my co-worker get shot right in the chest, each and every time by different black men no less. So you can shut that "arm-chair argument" right now.
2
@stay1ify Look...I'm not saying he DID commit any crime causing this to happen. I'm also not saying he DIDN'T. The fact is: YOU DON'T KNOW. So stop acting like this is some mid 19th century klan lynching until all the FACTS are in, not just basing everything on what his mom says. Use your brain instead of your immediate emotions which are ramped up by every other black person doing what you're doing and feeding off of that in an endless echo chamber.
2
Crazy to see someone who hates America who's only been there a couple of months get preferential treatment over Marine Officer Paul Whelan who has been in a Russian gulag for not having ANY vape cartridges AT ALL for 4 YEARS now, just because she's black.
2
@gremlin7665 They must've shadowbanned it because I can still see it. I've noticed YouTube has been VERY HEAVILY censoring the comment sections lately. God forbid anyone is allowed to say anything 100% factual (otherwise known as "spewing hate speech").
2
@benjamingardener8586 The first thing he does is walk up to the truck and put his hands up?! Where the f**k do you see that happening?
2
Interesting. "Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt..." and "my own free will... free will....free will..." Repeating phrases is the sign of brainwashed individuals. I don't doubt that. Take a look sometime at different Democrat speeches and Democrat MSM news anchors.
1
Not just a basketball player but a basketball player who openly hates America, the country which allowed her to be so successful financially just for playing a game monkeys can play.
1
@dasooperb1371 Yeah but that doesn't matter. Can't we just focus on the facts that they were white and he was black and forget all the other facts? /s
1
@dasooperb1371 They might get off. And they may rightfully be exonerated. Or they might get off with a criminal act. The fact is: nobody knows anything. All we know is that his mom CLAIMS he was just out jogging (even though she wasn't there) and what can be seen in the video. Nobody knows what led up to this...yet anyway.
1
@dasooperb1371 See...Ice Cold is one of these race baiters, one of hundreds of millions, who doesn't have any idea what he's talking about or what you're saying because he lives in a race baiting echo chamber and can't think for himself. He has not even a basic idea what a conflict of interest is or why that should matter in the legal system regardless of race on either side. All he knows is "they" are out to "get blacks". How sad. How pathetic.
1
@dasooperb1371 Thanks. I mean I see people saying "He got what he deserved!" and "We need to execute those 2 guys!" with ZERO evidence on anything on either side. Maybe we should not even have a trial, reward these guys to the highest degree for being heroes and THEN hang them. That way everyone can be happy on all sides. I will say that running tens of yards to attack a man with a shotgun does not seem like the actions of someone "just out jogging", but if they did attempt a citizens arrest without any witnessing of a crime whatsoever, he was well within his rights to attempt to defend himself no matter how stupid of a decision that was.
1
@utubevideo1ful Let's just say you're correct and neither of them was a cop, basically or otherwise. And? What's your point? There's still a conflict of interest, which you just admitted, which was da sooperb's entire point. The conflict of interest is the point here. Not whether they were cops, basically or otherwise. You should go around commenting to all these people wanting to see these 2 guys immediately executed because they only "got away with it because they were cops" and explain to them how they weren't cops, basically or otherwise, if that's of utmost importance to you. Funny how they weren't cops when it suits you peoples' narratives but they were at least basically cops when the argument needs them to be for you peoples' narratives.
1
@christinefredrickson3006 Umm....WHAT? How is that what you gathered?
1
@utubevideo1ful The NEW YORK POST is your reference source?! 🤣 Do you believe everything in Batman comic books too? That's about as credible World Weekly News or some other such nonsense.
1
@utubevideo1ful Black privilege also exists. I know you like you pretend it doesn't but that doesn't make it not so. Get off your high horse, race baiter.
1
What facts do you have that he was "just jogging"? Because his mom said he was even though she wasn't there? Please...present this evidence that shows that these 2 were in the wrong.
1
@kaseyshands6087 What facts exactly?
1
@kaseyshands6087 Hey Nicole...still waiting on all these facts you have. You going to share them? I heard he has been arrested/convicted of burglary before, although I don't know it as fact. Is that a fact?
1
@kaseyshands6087 Hey Nicole...here's a new fact for you: have you seen the video of him poking around inside a house under construction? I thought he was "just out jogging"?
1
@sunnymarie2060 Perhaps we could set the bar using this case considering that Marine Officer Paul Whelan has been in a Russian gulag for 4 YEARS now and for all Xiden cares, he can die there. Just so long as all America hating, black, lesbian stoners get to come home quickly.
1
@macewindau3060 Nobody is saying stop and see what they want. What a stupid thing to say. If I were being hunted down like prey like I'm sure you like to view it, the LAST place I'm running to is straight at the one guy with a shotgun. I would've immediately turned 90° and ran to a house screaming for help. But I'm sure in all your wisdom, because he was in the "rural" South, EVERYBODY WHO LIVES THERE would've just shot him on spot, so he COULDN'T have done that. Right? Sounds like a stupid person to me if you honestly think that's still how things are, like it's 1860 Mississippi, and this guy CHOSE to live there. Or.. maybe you're just stereotyping yourself.
1
@stay1ify One guy was in the back of the truck holding a gun the entire time he was running straight at the truck. You're telling me he didn't notice this? I find that difficult to believe.
1
Babyshaq569 I know I sure wouldn't stop if I'd done nothing wrong. I also would run straight at the one guy with a 12 gauge. I'd probably have run to a house to the side looking for help. These don't appear to be the actions of someone just "out for a jog".
1
@stay1ify No...that's where you're wrong. If he HAD committed a crime and they saw it (which nobody knows yet) they had every right to make a citizens arrest. Arbery's own lawyer even said this.
1
@strategicmassey3429 Amazing how these people think that running straight at an armed gunman for YARDS is a normal reaction for someone "out for a jog" who was "doing nothing".
1
@Sky Bird Yep. That's what the video shows and that's all that anyone knows. Everything else is hearsay and conjecture.
1
@tigerbandy3667 How do you KNOW he was "just jogging"? Because his mom, someone who wasn't even there, said he was? Also, you don't think that if you were "just jogging" and you saw someone tens of yards ahead with a gun you wouldn't run a different way (perhaps to a house that's even closer than the gunman) in an attempt to get help, as opposed to running straight at the gunman...TWO gunmen actually... (who had PLENTY of time to open fire LONG before this supposed "just jogger" reached him if it were cold-blooded murder) and trying to attack and disarm him? That's what you would do? And here you are talking about other peoples' supposed bad decisions. Idk what movie you're living in but that doesn't seem to be the actions of a sane, rational person with nothing to hide who is making good decisions. I COULD be wrong....but so could you. Because THERE ARE NO FACTS PROVING ANYTHING YET.
1
@stay1ify First of all, they ARE in jail. Second of all, I'll ask again: how do you KNOW he wasn't committing a crime? Because IF he was, they were well within their rights to attempt a citizens arrest and it will have been his OWN fault what happened. His OWN BLACK LAWYER has admitted such.
1
@TazVocalStims Followed him then shot him? Weird how the truck ended up in front of him yet he continued running straight at it KNOWING there were armed men waiting for him tens of yards up the road. If my life we seriously in danger and I did absolutely nothing but jog, I would've been turning 90 degrees and been running up to a house looking for help. Not charging straight at the gunman who's waiting for me down the road a bit. Now if I saw a video with a truck pulling up, slamming in brakes and someone getting out and shooting him immediately, I would agree. However, that's not what the video shows. Funny how none of you peoples' stories are the same. You say they followed him with guns and he knew it, others say he had no idea what was going on until RIGHT when he got to the front of the truck. Whatever suits your narrative I suppose. The fact is: you nor anyone else KNOWS what happened to lead up to this.
1
@grichkatayou7558 I didn't say he SHOULD have done anything. He CAN do whatever he wants, which he did, regardless of how stupid and suspect it looks. People do stupid things all of the time and are free to do so if they want, but if you do stupid things, you shouldn't be surprised when something bad happens.
1
@grichkatayou7558 "You'd rather tell someone who was accosted....." No. The point is: how do you KNOW he was "just out jogging" and that they didn't legitimately see him burgling some place? Because his mom said he was jogging, even though she wasn't there? The fact is: you don't know anything that led up to this anymore than I do yet here you are ready to execute 2 guys who might possibly have attempted a 100% legal citizens arrest (a fact that Arbery's own lawyer admitted, that if they DID see him committing a crime, they had every right to do what they did) because they were white and he was black And there you sit calling OTHERS racist. How hypocritical.
1
@danseabreeze1404 Seems a better choice would've been to turn sideways and run that way, while he was tens of yards away still, maybe towards a house and screaming for help (that's what I would've done if I were just jogging) instead of straight at the gunman. That's either really stupid or something else was going on. What kind of idiot would honestly think they have a fighting chance doing that? Either way, I guess we'll find out soon enough.
1
@skionen1781 Yep. Unless they actually saw him committing a crime. In which case they'll be exonerated no question. Time and evidence will tell either way.
1
@YeLiRSlLiB I don't care about my hopes. I care about facts. If they illegally did what they did then they get what they deserve. I just get a little sick of....well it doesn't really matter what I get sick of because you'll either deny it or find an excuse for it. That being said, let the cards land where they may but YOU shouldn't be getting YOUR hopes up either as I'm pretty sure you actually HOPE they go to prison be they guilty or not simply because they are white and killed a black man under COMPLETELY UNKNOWN CIRCUMSTANCES. Vice versa happens NUMEROUS TIMES DAILY but I don't hear anyone screaming about that nation wide.
1
@YeLiRSlLiB I'll tell you another thing about what's "most likely". ANYTHING could be true but what's "most likely" in America in 2020 is not that a father and son BOTH ALONG WITH A CAMERA MAN (if you read lots of black comments) decided to murder a man for being black in the middle of the day right in the middle of a suburban neighborhood while nearly EVERYONE was home, but that a black man with prior burglary charges actually committed burglary. I'd love to see what's "most likely" according to national statistics...ie what happens more frequently: black men burgling or white men committing premeditated hate crime duo (trio?) murders? I wonder? Now of course this means nothing but if we are going to go by what's "more likely" I know which one I'd pick were I forced to.
1
@YeLiRSlLiB Please quote where I said YOU were black "sweets". Now who was it you are saying is doing the assuming here? Of course I refer to him as black. That is the issue here isn't it? Or am I mistaken somehow? If so, please set me straight. So you see, that's actually kind of my point: why IS this an issue if he's "just a man" and black and white has nothing to do with it? Explain that otherwise. I need you to tell me what this is REALLY all about because apparently, I'm missing something here. Myl main point is what you were accusing ME of doing: LOTS of people are doing LOTS of assuming with absolutely ZERO evidence in yet. Only hearsay and conjecture. All we know is what the video shows and what the video shows for certain is someone supposedly "just out for a jog" having very bizarre behavior for someone "just ouy for a jog". The question is: "did these men have the right to do what they did?" and THAT is not in yet.
1
@stay1ify Well hey there staylify. Have you seen the new video? Didn't look like he was "just out for a jog" to me. Anything new to say?
1
@YeLiRSlLiB No, you apparently have comprehension issues. That doesn't suggest that everyone defending him is black. It suggests all blacks are defending him. Learn to read AND comprehend. Btw, seen the new video? Oh yeah: LOL and 😂
1
@YeLiRSlLiB Well hello. So...it appears there's video of him trespassing and suspiciously poking around in a house under construction within a 12 minute window of being shot while "just jogging" and a new video of him being extremely confrontational with police AND Jess been convicted of stealingand bringing guns to school. Not looking so good now is it? Lol
1
No idiot, the video wasn't released until 2 days ago. Even WITH the video, you nor I nor anyone else knows what happened leading up to this. You just are seeing what you want to with zero evidence. I see an idiot run 25 yards straight at a guy with a shotgun. What type of moron just "out for a jog" would do that? Why wouldn't he have run to a house looking for help? That's what I would've done. The question is: did these people have a right to attempt a citizens arrest? That's a question that NOBODY knows yet because again: this video doesn't show any events leading up to this.
1
@MukazoVunda Who exactly is this "he" who started filming beforehand? Do you even know?
