  9.  @SobBagget  Once again: you are ASSUMING the person filming it was "in on the hunt". The FACT is you have no idea. Therefore, you have no idea whether it was a "lose lose" situation. What the video shows is one unidentified person recording, 2 men who may or may not have had good reason to attempt a citizens arrest and one man "jogging" (according to his mom) and charging someone with a gun, trying to take it, which is not a normal reaction. We also know a supposedly unaffiliated lawyer turned this video in. That's what we know, nothing more. Premeditated murder is a pretty big jump from that, don't you think?

So it appears this video of him suspiciously poking around tresspassing on a house under construction (not "just out jogging, which is something I thought you KNEW to be a fact) happened within a 12 minute window of being shot. AND he's been convicted of stealing AND bringing guns to school AND there's now a video of him being EXTREMELY confrontational with police. Would you like to add anything or does that about sum things up so far?

  13.  SUN OF GOD  I know anytime I had someone pointing a gun at me, my first thought was "I'll just jog 2 inches to the right and maybe try to grab the gun on my way by and everything will be fine. No need to run to a house that's actually closer than the gunman is and ask for help." What do you mean "not anticipating the strange demon with the rifle would be right up in his face once he reached the front of the truck"? So he SAW this "strange demon" WITH A GUN and thought "Yeah...that's normal. There's always 'demons' with rifles as I jog on Sunday mornings. I'll just jog 2 inches to his side and I'll be fine...like usual." Wtf are you smoking to give you such a warped POV?
