  45. she is 100% right. as the law stands, the asylum seekers have every right to choose where they want asylum, and make their way there by any means. one simple change needs to be made. all asylum claims need to be made from outside, and not inside, the UK. So the refugees will be free from persecution while in France, and will await a decision before admission, or rejection, from the UK.
