  1. If we assume Russian intel located troops, weapons or ammo in Odessa, then the attack was 100% justified. If we assume Russia did this for revenge after 8 years of the Donbass being shelled mercilessly by Azov Nazis, then just 7 years and 7 months more of this to endure, Ukraine.

  4. Europe already lost 20 billion euros from lost Russian tourist revenue. Turkey is organizing special flights to bring as many Russians as possible to its beaches. Would be a terrible shame for all those flights and hotel bookings to be canceled over one cargo of grain, methinks.

  15. This is only news because it is a rare Ukrainian success. The Russians have such successful strikes against Ukraine almost every day, but Tornado attacks are ignored. The fact that we have not heard about himars successes until today show that himars is no gamechanger. Russia is winning the war of attrition, just as it did in Chechnya, Georgia, and Syria.

  31. it's called war of attrition, Russia's favorite tactic, Russia prevailed in Chechnya and Syria this way. Giving up Kherson saved thousands of Russian lives and cost Ukraine thousands of lives. i mean, fine, keep looking at territory won and lost and feel smug things look good on the map, but without knowing the death tolls on both sides, it means nothing. let this sink in....NATO armed and trained Ukrainian battalions just lost to a bunch of mercenaries and convicts! that is the reality.

How would you feel if you were a native Russian speaker living in a 90% Russian speaking community and compelled to have your entire education in a foreign language? Catalans use Catalan in public life in Spain. Walloons use French in public life in Belgium, the Québecquois use French in public life in Canada. Why do you ONLY insist the Russian speaking minority in Ukraine MUST follow different rules?

NATO supplied all they could, Russia destroyed enormous amounts of weaponry and enormous numbers of Ukronazi fighters without one single Ukrainian reaching the FIRST line of Russian defences. The counter offensive is a total catastrophe. The only question now is how harsh will be the surrender terms dictated by Russia next year.
