If not hiring banking executives (an area dominated by white men) threatens the chances for racial diversity in the administration, that means the administration doesn't want to hire black people unless they're banking executives or something similar. That is the logical consequence of what they're saying.

  10. It's really sad how tactically sound the idea of not appealing to older voters over the well being of younger generations is. For all their "think of the children" the average boomer is to ageist and self-centered to actually give a fuck what happens to the younger generations. Climate change represents a threat of what amounts to generational genocide, and most do not care.
