There's lots of things he didn't mention. Her hair Her choice in makeup All sorts of things he didn't mention because they didn't matter to him
4
More than any other Dem combined
4
The USA has 1 right-wing party with 2 wings pretending to be independent parties
4
@jocksharerock7318 watch this and tell me who's the worst https://youtu.be/r8z3qTGL7R0 (Spoilers: it wasn't Bernie supporters in 2016 and it isn't now even though we have far more reason to be)
4
@jameshumphrey9939 election integrity is non-negotiable serf. 1776 was a long time ago. Get with the program
4
So are people, but these "people" have their heads so far up their own asses that they've forgotten the first part of bread and circuses. That's not a very good way for authoritarians to keep on living, historically speaking.
4
He sounds like what he is.
4
Still turn out and vote. Even if you're just trying to bump the green party up toward the 5% threshold and voting down ballot, that still helps a lot.
4
Only 100? Leaving money on the table there
4
@Counter-Intuitive anyone remember that time a bald eagle nearly shreaded Trump? Good times.
4
@jmseipp yeah, Bernie, one of the most humble politicians we have, who has a history of handing some of his most important legislation to other politicians to get their names on so it would have a better chance of passing....the guy who only ran after Warren said no to him begging her to run against Hillary....yeah, his ego is too big. /S Dude you are completely disconnected from reality on that and a bunch of other points. Pull your head out of CNN's ass.
4
I only laughed once, so I can't say I found it funny, but it's all super accurate.
4
@bonsummers2657 not after he passed out!
4
And she's still improving by the month!
4
Don't lower yourself to Trump's level by believing in easily debunked BS https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLthPsWmE3cefpc2sBzI9gamfS9eJRdgEK The Bush Administration was guilty of criminal negligence, nothing more and it was absolutely NOT a controlled demolition. Do the research or admit you don't know what you're talking about and drop the topic.
4
It's going to take a lot of work to earn trust after involvement in the Bush administration, but he's welcome to do the work to prove himself, and that's gonna have to come through actions, not words.
4
That's true, you can look up statistics on CEO psychopaths and the results are between 20-25% and that is not even close to the general population. Look up systems and you'll find much of that list an advantage in the corporate world. There is absolutely a selection bias as well as a bubble effect. That said, Musk is just an out of touch prick with an over-inflated ego. I don't think he's a psychopath. Zuckerberg could well be though.

"Don't try to fulfill your insufficient campaign promice to return things to the status quo. We want you to appease the fascists more." -NYT
4
@yeiou1 well, they know how to undermine it, so they're just applying that knowledge abroad.
4
That condescending smile is toxic AF too!
3
And then realize that that's an understatement because the US doesn't have a living equivalent. You have to look back to Generals like Patton, Grant, and Washington to make a comparison.
3
A great illustration of why supporting whoever has a D next to their name is stupid.

The 1st debates pretty clearly showed, to anyone able to read between the lines and notice favorable treatment, that Warren is the establishment's real intended candidate in this race. Biden and the other chaff are just the opener. They want another faux progressive to defeat Bernie and either loose to Trump ("proving" that progressivism can't defeat Trump and his reactionary ilk) or win and become an Obama 2.0, "fighting" the GOP and just "having to compromise" all the way to their position on most issues while they slide further right. Warren herself has only shown a real interest in change in-so-far as it keeps the current status-quo from destroying itself. Dispite her rhetoric, that doesn't make her a progressive. That makes her a liberal conservative, and mildly right wing. How well did Obama work out last time? Normalizing most of the bad things from the previous administration, dirrecting the energy of the left down dead-end alleys to stab us in the back, and give us a bad name, paving the way for a yet more extreme right wing demogogue than the one he replaced. #HindsightIs2020 #Bernie2020

At that age it's often just trying to get them not to be overtly bigoted, sadly. There are reasons political change is often generational.
3
@devinheida8694 you need a slow introduction for such things, unfortunately to avoid jarring the market. It'd be pretty simple to tie the $15 number to inflation and have it start changing immediately. Of course, at this rate, by the time it is implimented federally we'd need to compensate for the delayed start too. That all said, the entire idea of raising the minimum wage is just a stop-gap before a UBI anyway, but all dollar amounts in federal bills should be tied to inflation unless specified for some unforseen edge case. Having fixed numbers in an economy with either inflation or deflation means you have an inherently unstable system where the value assigned to everything from minimum wage to fines to tax brackets to department funding to public employees' wages are in constant fluctuation requiring near constant re-litigation.
3
It made you uncomfortable and got your attention so you actually listened to the message then? Good, it worked.
3
A Volcel I misread it while distracted. My bad.
3
Yang trying to pay for his UBI with a regressive tax was all I needed.
3
Wow, that explains why I'm having trouble finding commentary over the full debate (I can't stand listening to the constant lies and misrepresentations without some kind of buffer of a voice of sanity "in the room" with me) The manufacturing of consent is genuinely approaching 1984 levels here.
3
Sadly relevant: https://youtu.be/HOHthnsuhPw
3
The whole point of the Russia talking point is to distract from what was within the leaks, not to take Trump down. If they didn't do this, no establishment Democrat would win reelection, and the entire party would be replaced in a rage with people unable to deny the reality of what happened. Accept that truth and all the actions make sense.
3
@tammyd.970 Because I care about truth and the harm the kind of false equivocation you're pushing (and unwilling to honestly defend) may do, obviously. Twisting facts beyond the breaking point (like you're doing with your claims about "fair and balanced"™ Faux News not portraying themselves as a legitimate news source outside of the courtroom) and selectively ignoring inconvenient facts to push a false equivalence that disproportionately benefits the far right is one of my main issues with CNN. Why tf wouldn't I take issue with you doing the same?
3
Teenkitsune to have any hope of dealing with US politics and retaining your sanity, you just have to (sadly) accept that ~25% of the country is just solidly disconnected from reality and that you'll never reach them. It's the same % that approved of Bush at the end of his term and show up in poll after poll.
3
The word you're looking for is "appeaser"
3
@conorredmond6217 the tech is irrelevant. You could make them out of unicorns and pixie dust and it wouldn't change the economics of it.
3
There was an FBI report years ago about deliberate infiltration of law enforcement and the military being pervasive enough to constitute a threat to national security. So, I don't have numebers, but it's a lot.
3
No, it's the classic non-apology apology
3
@theresagosnell7645 side note: "indivisible, under God" were added parts.
3
Kamil Chara Shapiro principled? No, he's a hypocrite twisting facts to fit what he wants the conclusions to be.
3
Polygraphs are especially unreliable when dealing with psychopaths
3
@griz063 really, you see one stat for a complex social issue and can only imagine one cause for it that can only be expressed with emotionally-loaded language? Typical right-wing anti-intellectualism
3
Cheesie Horde nope, here's an anarchist talking about it https://youtu.be/L_EQcqzJvz4
3
https://youtu.be/wO6uD3c2qMo For those unfamiliar with Bannon, please watch.
3
@65minimom watch the video in my comment. I've been saying that this charge is like getting Al Capone on tax evasion, but even that is under-selling it.
3
Tommy O Donovan most likely that you think that your pathetic ad hominem attack is at all relevant. Going after someone's sex life to discredit a political point is the cheapest trick in the book and you should feel ashamed for using it.
3
The best argument for Kamala is she is so obviously not left to even the general public that it will be easy to wash our hands of her. Unfortunately, the party establishment is going to do everything in their power to make the VP president because they hate democracy.
3
Melissa H as long as a progressive doesn't get in office, he's done the job he was payed to do. The establishment dems aren't weak/misguided allies. They are the oligarchy's first active line of defense.
3
He got it backwards in the video, so it's worse. She didn't have her staffer clean the comb and ate with it. She ate with the dirty comb (covered in who-knows what hair products) and then had the staffer clean it.
3
And a court martial, dishonerable discharge, and hatecrime conviction.
3
Hazzycakes to be fair to the FBI, they were ordered to. I don't have to tell you by whom, I hope.
