Spending hasn't slowed down. They just passed a large bill about manufacturing computer chips. They're determined to spend us into a depression.

This IRS expansion is really going to hurt people with side businesses. Especially in homemade goods. As someone that does some of that, I already make pennies for my labor. Now I'm either going to have to drop the quality of what I use or just stop making large pieces. The only other option is to only take cash for large items but that kills any online sales of them. This sucks for independent artists for sure.
17
Honestly I'd settle for the ATFs powers to be reigned in. The fact they can just arbitrarily decide a gun is illegal by changing a definition is an insane amount of power that the founders never would have been okay with.
17
The force thing isn't the government being forced. It's the people being forced to endure a government that no longer serves their best interest. Honestly been waiting for some of this to kick off in these countries. Aside from just the immigration, some if the recent laws being put in are down right draconian and authoritarian.

@themadmattster9647 How about you go watch video recorded in India showing how the food is cooked. The unsanitary conditions. It has nothing to do with spice. Ungloved hands, include the one you're not supposed to eat with for a reason.
16
@DTF_official Which makes zero sense because all intel is that China is pro Biden and Joe has used that and that Iran wants him as a reason to vote for him. It's interesting that Russia wanting Trump is bad, but a country that shouts death to America supporting Biden is good.
16
Because they intend to. Did everyone forget he said the same thing during his campaign and at debates? They absolutely want to end oil. They just aren't supposed to talk about it during an energy crisis their destruction of the industry has caused right before an election. There's a reason this administration has given out half the permits as is normal. Edit: That's why the Saudis won't talk to him and why they're turning towards Russia when they had worked with us against them many times in the past. People have the memory of a goldfish.
16
@Hoppelite She. Somebody that killed kids doesn't deserve to have their pronouns respected.
16
Is this what the little people eat?
16
@alexphilipose1351 They removed those completely during the pandemic. That's why increasing the interest rate was never going to have a big impact on inflation. You raise it because due to the banks required to keep a certain percentage of what they've loaned out on hand, a higher interest rate removes money from circulation. It's then pulled from the bank's holdings and removed from the entire supply. Banks are no longer required to keep 10% on hand so nothing is being removed from active circulation. Add in that now money in savings including retirement funds is considered "in circulation" (which it isn't obviously because it's not being circulated within the economy) and it's just a mess right now.

Personally I love the yellow checkmark because they've been yellow journalists for years.
15
He doesn't really care if people like him. He's very much embodies the Gen X attitude of FU I don't care about your feelings.
15
I don't know. After the debate a lot of people woke up that they'd been being lied to.
15
No. Giving the government the power to restrict any right means they have the power to restrict any and all of them. It's already required that a therapist report any person that's a threat to themselves or others to prevent them from doing so. Giving the government the power to determine who is or isn't too mentally ill to have rights isn't the answer.
15
@thilli1859 Is your reading comprehension 3rd grade? The comment was "If it's not a court and has legal authority". So you agree that it circumvents the Constitutional rights of the accused then since you agree it's not a court.
15
@joshuaholman7760 Child beauty pageants aren't nearly as popular as they were thanks to those shows exposing how the children are treated. I've been to county fair pageants and they're not like that. That exposed mother's that were obsessed with it. How about the child dance competitions? How are they any different either?
14
The EU as it was first done was fine. As a trade organization and economic union. When it started to try to run the governments of the independent countries and ignore sovereignty is when it became a problem.
14
@lrod312 The WEF chooses young global leaders without their knowledge. They just are people the WEF believes might be useful up and coming people that they invite if they become more powerful. It's basically a watchlist of people for them to keep track of or a signal for other members to take them under their wing.

I live in a red state and had an old high school friend come visit from California a few weeks ago. She was shocked that basically nothing had changed here and nothing was closed. When we all went out to eat she just kept saying she was moving back because they were still on lockdown after 4 months. Our state did finally do a mask mandate, but our police and businesses aren't enforcing it.
14
It's common for them to drop out. That's why the entire argument that this was to help "historically oppressed groups" was never true. It actually harms them because they can't do the work and that increases their sense of failure. I guess lowering people's self esteem because they're the correct race is helpful in their minds.
14
My favorite part is they blame white people for erasing where they came from. In reality over 80% were already slaves in Africa before they were sent to other areas of the world. So they need to ask the people that actually enslaved them where they originated from.
14
I've loved watching Neil Young try to backtrack. He's saying he's never supported censorship. He just doesn't want his music on the same platform. Then he adds that he doesn't like how music on Spotify sounds. That they have bad quality. He's pulled his music from it before for that reason. How can he claim to not support censorship when the whole reason he made a big deal about it was to try to get Joe taken down and to start a boycott. What does he think a boycott is for? He got called out for it by fans and now he's trying to save face.
14
Yes the bathing suits were for children and that's the problem.
14
@bighands69 Him and Jeremy own the Daily Wire equally. He has everything to do with it. How did you not know that?
14
@TheHigherVoltage I can't take someone seriously that doesn't know why marijuana was banned and why it's remained so. You also ignore that the bill that put all those people in jail didn't come from the right. Marijuana was banned because it was competition to paper. It's remained banned because it's competition to pharmaceutical companies. The Democrats told you it was because of the right because it's in their political interest to do so. You also don't know your audience. The majority here don't believe government should be involved in marriage at all. Marriage has become defined as a religious ceremony so that's where it should stay. For the government, it should just be legislated like any other contract or not at all. So you being upset that a religious institution won't say you can get married so you demand the government violate other people's rights is the problem. As for women, a new poll says over 50% of women WANT to be a housewife and not work. I advocate that's their choice, you advocate that's wrong think. Again believing you should be be able to violate their rights and force your opinion on them because you don't agree with it. Yet you're upset because a now very small group with no political power, dare to voice disagreement with you and don't believe what you want. You consider what they are doing is violating your rights while demanding government involvement to force your opinion on others. You're what you're railing against and don't even see it. Edit to add: Tolerance isn't a one way street. You are free to advocate for what you want and they are free to do the same. Neither should be silenced. That's what real tolerance is. I'd suggest learn to do it first before demanding it from others.
13
Not true. Interest rates were back to normal levels under Trump until the pandemic. This is the economic impact of Obama keeping them artificially low though, that much is correct. Whenever there big economic downturn you look back to policies implemented about 10 years before because that's how long it take a policy to completely impact the economy. You'll have short term things, but the full impact takes about 10 years.
13
It was always the plan. I don't think anyone read his platform because so far, he's been fulfilling it. This is exactly what people "voted" for. They are just too short sighted to have understood the ramifications o his platform.
13
It's not really tax payers. It's workers. Without a sufficient workforce businesses can't expand and increase the economy. A growing economy is what everyone looks at to decide the success of a country.
13
I wasn't aware they finally had to close. Last I heard someone else was suing them again for the same thing.
13
@lefantomer Yes murder usually carries a life sentence. This particular case, which was real, she carried it to term, hide the pregnancy from everyone except the boyfriend, was in labor but didn't want to miss prom, gave birth in the bathroom, strangled the baby, threw it in the dumpster behind the school, and went back to enjoying her prom. In what way does any of that look like trauma? It does look like a psychopath though. At no point were there any indications of panic on her part. It was all very methodical. Edit: Other female students testified they heard her making noises in the stall and saw blood, but she always said she was fine when asked if she needed help and said she was okay. Abortion was legal at the time so there was no excuse for it.
13
I knew when I read the story about the 10 year old it was false. That would fall under life of the mother, not grape. You said on stream some states aren't allowing the life of mother exception. You specifically pointed to South Dakota. I looked into it, and it does indeed allow for that exception. That was allowed in every state before Roe, and I can't find a single state without it now.
13
They've been saying this just people are finally listening. That's why shoving kids into public schools at 3 is in the Build Back Better bill even though studies under Obama showed there's zero advantage to it for children. They just called parents domestic terrorists which is completely insane. They are drunk on power, ripped the mask off, and are acting surprised when people recoil from them.
12
They're going to have to raise interest rates soon. That's when things really get fun.
12
Yep. In rural areas everyone’s just trying to get by. Which means everyone tends to work together to help each other out because eventually they’re the ones going to need help with something.
12
@kimiknows But he's the smartest person Joe has ever known!
12
Carter is a good man. My mother worked for him when he was governor of Georgia. There's a reason every president since has called on him for diplomacy. He's a great negotiator in such matters. He was just weak. That's what people thought they wanted coming off the heels of the end of Vietnam. Carter never would have acted like Biden has to service men and the people. He would take the bashing and not run and hide.
12
@forceghostburtreynolds It's not one. They've been free to go to the West Bank. Just because you're not allowed into someone else's country doesn't make where you've chosen to be a prison. Israel doesn't surround the Gaza strip. There are at least 2 other countries connected to it, but keep ignoring that because it doesn't fit the narrative. Edit: So when someone gets deported back to their country is the US putting them in a "concentration camp"? It's a ridiculous premise.
12
I don't. None of this is new for him if you look back at his nearly 50 years. He won't ever step down because President is all he's ever wanted to be, no matter how much damage he does.
12
@popuptarget7386 Rosenbaum was. Not originally but had moved there. He was on probation and wasn't supposed to be near any underaged children for 40 years. He was the one chasing Kyle to begin with. So Rosenbaum was doing all kinds of stuff he shouldn't have been that night.
12
He was far worse than Bush. He got us into at least 4 more conflicts which is insane when you think about it.
12
There are two agreements in play here. One is we would protect Ukraine for giving up it's nukes. The second is an agreement with Russia to not allow countries close to it into NATO. If we honor the second one, hopefully the first one won't come into play. A lot of people commenting on this don't appear to be aware of these agreements because they never mention them. The agreement with Ukraine is similar to the one we have with Japan and Taiwan. If we don't honor it, it sends a terrible message to those two countries and China. There's a lot more at play here to flippantly say " Not my problem". Edit: I'll also note that when Ukraine had it's rebellion against the Russian puppet president, they said they only wanted to be able to trade with the EU and wouldn't seek to join NATO. I fully understand why Russia wouldn't want a NATO country on it's border so not allowing them in is the best course of action here. Assurances of that should have been made earlier and then no one would be losing face right now.
12
@reilysmith5187 No it would represent his entire audience on YouTube. Nobody said it represents how people in other countries feel. It's an estimation based on statistical analysis. Samples are intentionally widespread from different areas and different economic groups. It's not 1,000 people from one place, but 1000 people spread out.
12
@npcknuckles5887 That's been explained repeatedly. Low tariffs, yes. The trick is to make them high enough that it's way more beneficial to create a plant in the US to avoid them. Thus increasing good paying jobs and corporate taxes. That's what China does. It's why so many companies have a plant there. They don't allow them to sell their products there without one. It's not free trade if we're paying tariffs and they aren't. Edit: They also raise the price on foreign goods making US produced good competitive which tend to be better quality and longer lasting, saving you money in the long run. This aversion to short-term pain for long-term gain is odd. If you change jobs because the maximum pay is way higher, you're going to start back at the bottom making less for a couple of years. In the long-term though you're going to be way better off. I guess people like you just stay where you are rather than improve your situation.
12
That's exactly the group that popped into my head. The mysterious militia that appeared out of no where and disappeared a few months later.

This movie should be right up the alley for an award given the new requirements. It's got a very diverse cast. It outperformed Indy in ticket sales per theater for nearly the entire week. I have yet to see it, and honestly given my past I'm not sure I'll be able to, but I'll still use their pay it forward system and purchase some for those who want to but can't afford to. The real issue they have is it's a "Christian" studio that's only been around a couple of years. Even though the movie doesn't really have Christian themes, it's been publicized heavily in churches which makes sense because that's where most of these types of groups get their funding. Unfortunately to me that says more about the general public than the organization or the studio. Edit: This movie isn't a pleasant topic, but it's one we as a society need to have. The US is the largest consumer of CP and quickly becoming the largest producer of it. The Superbowl is THE biggest night for sex trafficking in the world. In Oklahoma alone we had 700 illegal grows busted last year and every one was involved in human trafficking. This is real, this is a huge problem, this is a huge industry for the cartels, and we need to seriously address it. This is the conversation we should be having about slavery. It's not just happening in Africa, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. It's happening here.
11
I've tried to explain to people defending it that it's one of those laws you'll love while you're in power and hate once you aren't any more.
11
Oh no. This was in production long before that. It takes roughly two years to get a movie made and released.
11
@wigletron2846 Yes it's being paid for with our tax money. That's why Pelosi went to Taiwan. I'd rather have used the tax incentives than billions in money we don't have. Taxes we weren't already getting has less of an effect than printing money to pay a company to build one. It was in the infrastructure bill or the Inflation Reduction aka the other half of the infrastructure bill.
11
@lordaragorn001 It's not because everytime another country has let them in they tried to takeover said country? Pretty sure that's what happened. Egypt and Jordan tried and that was the result. Some people do know the history.
11
@palladiamorsdeus It's real in the sense it's always changing. What's different is absolutely nothing they've predicted in the last 40 years has occurred. Some of us are old enough to remember when it was a coming ice age, then the ozone (which has repaired because come to find out it's just something that naturally occurs), then global warming (until people noticed it was getting cooler), now the dreaded climate change. The first "cause" was logging. Plant more trees to clean the air. Okay so we made everything plastic to keep from using as much timber. Now that the forests have increased they want to cut it all down to blanket the surface in solar panels and windmills. It's just constant attacks of a different industry every decade or so to keep the population in a state of anxiety for easier control and manipulation. There's a reason every solution proposed requires a massive extension of government to help. Edit: It's hilarious watching time after time the opposite of their predictions come true. Like the increase in natural disasters and storm strength, but the opposite has occurred. The news will scream climate change at every tropical storm while scientists make public statements correcting them.
