This is also a prime example of why less lethal force, like a taser, doesn't work like some seem to think.

@briancontreras9317 You clearly didn't watch the video but felt a need to comment about it anyway. It's in the animal population. 45% of deer tested have it. That means that even if every human on Earth took this vaccine (that's not even effective against the current strain), it would still mutate and jump to humans. So are we going to kill every animal to prevent it? It's never going away ever. Add in that vaccinated are now super spreaders according to the CDC and that 3rd and 2nd world countries don't have access to the jabs, and that equals mutations will continue to occur regardless of what's done here. However, people that have had it are fairly well protected against this strain. That means that until you get it and natural immunity, you're just as big a risk as someone that hasn't had it and hasn't taken the jab. Edit: I know that's hard to hear. You're not special, you're not protecting anyone else, you're only protecting yourself slightly more than others. Unfortunately that's what the science currently states. We know this because Israel is 80% vaccinated and another large amount naturally immune and they are still experiencing thousands of new cases and hundreds of deaths. Fortunately they didn't mandate vaccines for those with antibodies or we'd have very little data on how they are affected. With the naturally immune, they have over 90% immunity. That also means herd immunity isn't possible with the current jabs.

If you read they'll claim blacks weren't allowed at those colleges. If you continue there is a side note that certain were allowed to attend but it was a limited basis. Everyone that attends an Ivy League school is admitted on a limited basis because they only accept the top candidates. What they're really saying is only a few met the requirements and ones that didn't, didn't get special treatment and allowed in anyway. Just like they claim women weren't allowed to go to college yet in the 20s and 30s somehow 40% of women held college degrees. Edit: The other claim about women I love is they weren't allowed to have credit cards until the 70s, but credit cards weren't in widespread use and were limited to the wealthy until the 70s so basically nobody had them until then.

@mikelkeith2115 WTF? You jump on Terry after calling rap "black jungle music"? Seriously?

In the 90s there was a black guy that went to Africa and wrote a story about it in Readers Digest. He said he afterward he wasn’t African American. He’s just American because he wants nothing to do with that area. There were tribal wars going on he described dead bodies floating down the rivers.
9
It's ridiculous to try to make that mean something. Kindergarten classes don't have divided bathrooms. There's just one in the classroom because a lot of kids that age have only been potty trained a year at most. It would be completely normal for a little kid to just walk into the wrong bathroom because they haven't been in segregated bathrooms before.

@ogfakii9187 He didn't violate any of her rights. She's in a car registered to someone with several warrants. He's within his rights to pull it over. That gives that officer the right to search that vehicle and anything in it, including her. She had drugs which is illegal, thus she was being placed under arrest. Tell us more YouTube lawyer.

Wanting to be called them/they is so confusing. Do they have multiple personalities or something? I put my gender as Unicorn on FB, but apparently that's a real thing now since one at the DNC identities as a Mermaid. If gender is just a social construct then why do men want to become women and all the stereotypes with it?
7
@mumasitab2353 She didn't give a shit about being pregnant spraying pepper spray everywhere and fighting. Too late for her or any woman acting like that to say it's important to them. Plus, SHE wasn't the one that was pregnant. It was her SISTER. So if a woman is coming at a man with a knife, he's just supposed to let her stab him? Get out of here with that BS. Equal rights baby. Y'all wanted and you don't get to cry about it now. Maybe stop thinking it's okay to beat a man because you think he doesn't get to defend himself. If you're big enough to dish it out, you better be big enough to take it. Edit: To be clear I'm a woman. I don't raise a hand to a man and I expect the same in return. If I did, I'd expect it back the same as I would from a woman.

@anon681 ITIN aren't for legal employment. Those are for dependents that don't have social security numbers. My son had a social security card with the stipulation "not allowed for employment" that had to be removed once we got his citizenship worked out. An ITIN would be used by a spouse to claim their illegal spouse as a dependent which legally they would be since they have no legal income. You're talking about a small portion of them. The idea that most start businesses is absurd. I worked at a lab that did drug testing. Contractors would send all their illegal guys in for them and they'd pass one ID between them and only one could speak English. A supervisor went with them to verify they're name so we could perform the tests. It was especially hilarious when everyone of them failed the drug test and had to fired. We had a business raided and fined 3 times for hiring illegals. It eventually bankrupted them. Why don't you talk about the ones getting kidnapped by cartels and being sent to work on farms or prostitution until their families pay up? Hell a lot are kept working even after the family pays. That they're targeted because they bought something and "the community" informed the cartel. How about how legal immigrants can't stand them either or how many of them are mules for the cartels? What about all the children kidnapped from small towns in the path of the caravans that get brought by them to increase their chances of getting in and then sold into human trafficking once they're across? Don't pretend like the exceptions are the majority.

@thunderkat9179 There's no "claim" of him being a violent criminal. He's been convicted of rape and several violent crimes and the warrant was for another violent assault including sexual assault. This is public record. The guy you're talking about is on death row and complied with police. Jacob isn't dead, he's paralyzed from the waist down so at least he can't rape anyone else. Here's the thing, you can not like both people you're talking about. It's not an either or like you're attempting to make it. Is defending a convicted rapist really the hill you're willing to die on? There were 19 unarmed white people killed last year so stop trying to act like it's only black people. There are lots of black people that have shot officers and were taken in alive. That doesn't fit the narrative though, so keep trying to compare two totally different circumstances to attempt to justify the killing of 30+ innocent people and hundreds of millions in damages.
5
No it doesn't. Natural born citizen is anyone having citizenship at birth. It used to be anyone born here, but got that added to it when Ted Cruz ran. Most of the founders weren't born in the US, but were President.
3
You either or you'd be in prison. Don't lecture others about stuff you're not doing.

@tarpanc34 Did they receive the service they paid for? Were the classes taught with professors in front? Did they live in a dorm and were provided the food they paid for? Why is the college responsible for an adult's bad choice? You're comparing adults to 12 year olds. They're not 12 year olds buying a car. They took the tests, they applied (which usually has a fee attached), they were accepted, and they decided to attend that school instead of a small local college. They're told upfront how much tuition is and room and board is per semester. They chose to live there and take a full load (neither is required) instead of commuting and just taking the number they could afford. Stop coddling adults. They are responsible for the consequences of their decisions. If they are always protected from the consequences they'll never learn and grow. Edit: The majority of student loan debt is held by those with Master's and above. So it's not the scenario you're attempting to paint. It's people making more money than the taxpayers they want to pay for it. You're comparing people in their mid twenties with a 12 year old.
3
Then maybe those people should learn a skill so they make more money. Conservatives don't care about poverty beyond people having the opportunity to improve their situation if they so choose. "Suffering" is a part of life and it shouldn't be eliminated. It can't be because that's an emotion. What you consider suffering and I consider it are most likely 2 completely different things. You're talking about the wrong party. Conservatives aren't the emotional, everyone should be happy and rich party. When everyone is "rich", no one is. People in poverty in the US are still living in the top 1% of most other countries. It's all relative. Edit: Vets are another matter because they were put in their situation directly by the actions of the government, but you're also getting into a completely different thing. Many of them are unable to rejoin society after what they experienced so they choose to live outside it.
3
@briancontreras9317 Except that's against the law. Mandates aren't laws because they don't go through the legislative process. Believe it or not, people can be vaccinated and support the right of others to choose not to. People park in handicap spaces all the time that aren't. I see it everyday. I pay attention because I'm handicapped. They aren't refused service and rarely even fined. So I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. You're one of those people that would confront me in a parking lot because I have a handicap placard, see me walking, and say I "don't look handicapped". Because you're convinced you're doing the "right thing". Meanwhile I have 5 autoimmune diseases (2 systemic) and a faulty heart valve, but because I only go out when I'm having a good day I'm miraculously not handicap those days according to you. Edit: Nice strawman by the way. I decided to return the favor with my own and accuse you of something totally irrelevant to the topic.

@BigMadMonster "is not yours anyway it belongs to the Natives" After trying to brag Britain owned 90% of the world. Which is it? First you're bragging about might making right because that's how they controlled those areas and now you're claiming the US belongs to Natives. You can't be proud of conquering and hold that opinion at the same time. I'm also curious how you seem to know the race of the people you're conversing with. There are still a lot of American Indians and we do know how to use the internet. I'm pretty sure it was Britain that started killing us. Not just here. Let's not forget about Australia too. How many Indians, Africans, Irish, etc is England responsible for the deaths of? My guess is a lot more than the US is of the native population. Pretty sure it was European diseases that killed the majority of us.
2
@fantasyfootballfatality6485 Yes. Why should people be allowed to harass and assault people in public because they don't like what they're wearing? Not punishing people for that type of behavior is why behaviors escalate. If they get away with it multiple times, they'll usually escalate to more and more violent actions.
2
Fauci is saying every 5 months so 3 times a year. WHO is begging us not to because undeveloped countries don't have access to the vaccine and until they are, variants will continue. That means no matter how many of us are vaccinated, it won't matter because strains that breakthrough will continue to form. That's just science. Pharmaceutical companies don't make much from those countries, but they'll make a ton forcing 3 shots a year onto us. That's even more proof it's not about protecting anything.
2
Did but no longer in control. It’s no longer thriving. They barely keep electricity and even then only a few hours a day.

@fuchsiasecret120 "plenty of racist people only beat on someone because of the color of their skin". Certainly not "plenty". Plus "hate crimes" can only occur to protected groups. Meaning an attack on a person in the majority can't be charged as one. In order to do that, you have to find a different demographic than say race to pursue it under. That makes a person within the minority's life more valuable legally than a person within the majority. That's not legal equality, which isn't supported by the Constitution. If someone throws out a slur during an attack and has a history of saying racist stuff doesn't mean the attack was based on that. Unless you can read their mind, that's just speculation which is all that's required to charge to it. The ADL is notorious for listing crimes from people belonging to supremacist groups as a hate crime if they're charged with something like domestic abuse thus skewing the numbers to appear much larger than it truly is. That means when news groups or even the FBI, because they use the ADL as a major source, site the numbers it's reporting false numbers. I'm pointing that out to show that your estimation of "plenty" isn't accurate. Edit: A good example of committing a crime due to racism that isn't charged as a hate crime but would be otherwise is Darrel Brooks. Known to be associated with black supremacist group, drove through a parade swerving to hit white people, but wasn't charged as a hate crime. You can't have different standards under the law based on immutable characteristics.

They didn't land. They were allowed. For years the US was able to prevent boats from Cuba landing on shore. Very few got through. It doesn't matter what it's closest to. The people there are Italian, not African because it belongs to Italy. They aren't "migrants". They're illegals who believe they have the right to go wherever they like that has the best benefits. We used to call hundreds of boats heading for a place an invasion. It's not a "crisis" because they could be turned around, sent right back where they came from. You're making it sound like they're poor, beaten down, starving people so desperate they had to make the "incredibly dangerous journey" instead of what it really is. It's a bunch of healthy, young, adult men seeking adventure and riches that's been going on forever.
1
@BigMadMonster You don't even know your own history. Britain did not rule 90% of the world. It didn't most of Asia, South America, and had only a small portion of what became the US. Are you really trying to claim China, Japan, the entire continent of South America, and over half the US is only 10% of the world?
1
@OneWorldGovernment2030-yv3zc They didn't know all the Jews, blacks, gays, disabled, etc were being removed from society? Yes they did. If they had a baby born that didn't meet requirements it was immediately euthanized. You're trying to claim they didn't know that? They didn't notice the badges and them being put on trains? There's a difference between didn't know and just didn't care.
1
@kennyhiggins7806 It's from the Nation of Islam. Pretty much everything you're seeing stems from it's beliefs.
1
These are the same people that say they are for worker rights and want Universal healthcare. Think about that.
1
Why is anyone surprised after he kept checking his watch while recieving the bodies of the 13 men his actions killed?
1
So somebody that's not trans can't know but someone that's never played a sport or competed in their life can? This is the 3rd time I've heard this talking point that women aren't weak. A new upload must have dropped. We need to stop calling it men's sports, too. It's not segregated. Anyone can compete in that division. Women's sports is the only one segregated. That should have been the play from the start on this side of the issue because it would have shut down every argument they make about it.
1
The News Is Fake 2 That shows you have no clue what you are talking about. Governors have had that power for a long time. It was decided by SCOTUS in the 1800s. State power is what allows states to allow things that are illegal on the federal level. It's also why laws about police and prisons made at the federal level only affect federal police and not state or local.
1
Real Life The far left woke crowd are for segregation and other things the KKK agree with. They vote Dem and there are a lot more of them than KKK members. I don't think 6,000 or fewer votes for Trump are going to decide the election.
1
@rll1236 No it's not the same. So sick of people like you. Not everyone can take vaccines. It's not up to you to decide who can safely and who can't. You don't know anyone's medical history, but their doctor does. You're the same person that was screaming at disabled people with medical exemptions to wear a mask. You're claiming to care when you're just afraid for yourself.
1
Oprah. She said she's more oppressed than a homeless yt man.
1
None of these people crying about this decision read the decision in 2000. That ruling said it would end in about 25 years. That it can't last forever and that was a court controlled by Democrats. This ruling was consistent with all previous rulings about it.
1
@TGuard00014 That's for full time students. You don't have to take a full load. That's how you do it and why it takes longer. You also take as much as you can from community colleges first to lessen the time you need at a 4 year. Just make sure everything will transfer. It also helps now that in high school you can take advanced courses that will count as college credit if you pass a national test at the end. Then there's congruent courses which allow you take college classes while in high school at the college for about $100 each. My oldest had over a year of college credits by the time he graduated high school.
1
2 Real So if a guy is leaning over me stabbing me, the police can't shoot him because it will be in the back? Guy has murdered his entire family and can just give his back to police while aiming a gun over his shoulder and he's magically safe? This isn't a game of tag.
1
@keithcaldwell1871 How about all the gang members that shoot people and make it home or do they not count? Open carry is legal there by the way. There were a lot on both sides walking around carrying guns including one he shot. I can walk anywhere here with a gun because it's a Constitutional carry state. I can also legally walk around with a concealed weapon. He had his hands up trying to turn himself in, but the police had no idea what had happened seconds before as they arrived in response to his 911 call. He had also rendered medical attention to protesters earlier.
1
Something else Israel is showing is that herd immunity isn't possible with the current jabs. It's looking like natural is the way to go. That's going to be a hard pill to swallow for a lot of people that took it because they were told it would. Notice how that's no longer being talked about. They don't want people to know.
1
If masks are really effective why haven't they been encouraged when the flu is a pandemic or during H1N1? They have been tested extensively for flu effectiveness and were found to be pretty much useless, yet suddenly they are supposed to work on a virus that is smaller than the flu. You claim science but ignore the science that doesn't support your conclusions. All current evidence supporting them for COVID is anticedal because it's unethical to expose people to it. However all testing against the flu was done by direct intentional exposure. Which is more scientific? These are cloth or surgical masks not N95.
1
@dhelsel89 You have to write an essay and that was his.
1
@opalgup You can clearly see the difference in color. Styling it like that is bad because it draws attention to it. The front part is a darker color than the part pushed up on the top and the length.
1
@TheGhost0086 He "came out" as gay and then non binary first. You're correct that they got no views. There's videos of him saying all he wants is to have fame. He hasn't had laser hair removal or anything for a reason. I'm 99% sure he's also not been on hormones. He uses stuffing because he's been the same shape since he "came out."
1
Most likely. I highly doubt it was the incident that caused the problem. It would have happened without that. There are several conditions that manifest like that. A child on a fairly normal projectory only to suddenly lose it all. Autism is one like that.
1
It was figured up before the more recent influx and they cost every taxpayer over $8,000 a year. If we were to give them amnesty then, it would crash our entire system. They are indeed a burden and most of them aren't Mexican either. They come from other south American countries.
1
@claire001savefile5 Facts are racist? We know they are. Studies show they are. If you actually gave a crap about the lower class you'd be against it because it drives down wages especially for unskilled labor. If you're against slavery you should be against it because hundreds of thousands of them are used in human trafficking. They aren't covered by worker's comp either so if they get injured, they're screwed. If you care about the environment you should be against it. Take a look at the massive amount of litter that's scattered throughout their path here. It's horrible. Everything people claim to care about, illegal immigration contributes to. It's a contradiction to claim to care about all that stuff and support illegal immigration. Edit: Unlike some things, this is an either or. Either you care about everything else or you support illegal immigration. One last thing, the countries they come from are begging us to stop accepting them because it's destroying those countries. If you care about underdeveloped countries improving for the people that live in them, you can't support illegal immigration.
1
"They were here first". Does he think they're all Natives? Every south American country was colonized by other countries. They're just as mixed as it is in the US. Spanish and Portuguese aren't native languages. I can't stand idiots like this guy and the music is annoying.
1
She was born in Oakland, Calif. I'm not sure where this started, but it's false.
1
It's called avoiding the algorithm. Nobody has forgotten about free speech. Do you expect everyone to just talk about the exact same thing over and over and over? To never discuss anything else? So everyone should ignore the many many laws in states violating people's 2nd amendment rights because you're only capable of caring about 1 thing at a time. Everything should be catered to you and only you and the thing you care about while other people see other rights stripped. The government is not restricting your speech. They're not sending you to jail. A private platform is. There are platforms available that don't do that. If you care so much, why aren't you exclusively using them instead of on one that does, whining that everyone isn't doing what you want?
1
@fivecrosses9040 I thought it was just a couple. The funniest thing about that was that the first one was a black Canadian and he kneeled for the US anthem but stood for the Canadian.
