lol That really is the issue with them. It's funny they hate the filibuster when it was created by them. Had they not reduced the requirements for a bill to pass from majority to a simple majority, they wouldn't be having these problems. Them saying the founders wouldn't support the filibuster while talking about majority rule is also funny. The founders warned of tyranny by the majority and set up our system to avoid it wherever possible, and they were salivating for it then and fearing it now.

Wow! Where are you? My house was $185,000. 3 bed, 2 bath, large lot, in ground pool. It's only valued at $230,000 now. My son bought a house last year for $60,000. This is Oklahoma. We're just north of Texas, and he's just east of Kansas. Edit: Some people who work around Dallas live here because it's an hour commute and we have a train that goes back and forth.

@AA21-J Show me where what he's said has led to an attempted kidnapping of Supreme Court Justices, attacks on voters, and an assassination attempt against Biden. Then you can make that claim, but to try to pretend this side is the dangerous one is laughable after everything that's happened over the last few years. When the booms start, and they absolutely will, are you still going to be going "but he said mean things too"?
1
He's never been a bread line and neither have you.
1
He didn't speak ill of women. WTF kind of question was that? Show me all those wives of pro football players careers. Most of them are stay at home wives.
1
The change message while she's in power, next generation message (when we've had 3 Boomer gen presidents already), trying to distance herself from Biden while saying she was part of every major decision, etc is all crazy. It's a jumbled mess of messaging.
1
The Supreme Court struck down his changes.
1
@michaelharris8354 Certain departments, like USAID, have no oversight. Zero. Congress agrees to how much it gets and it's the president's decision where and how it's spent. That's in the creation statements. That's why Congressmen being upset and screaming and crying about the president stopping anything from going out doesn't make sense.
1
@bubbajones6907 Yes they do. They don't print the equivalent of the budget every year. We'd have inflation higher than Venezuela. Your state doesn't print money so how does it pay for everything? With taxes. The government also doesn't print the money. That's the Federal Reserve which is independent from the government. The government borrows money from the world bank and federal reserve. The only money the government "makes" is tariffs, taxes, and trade like weapons sells.

7:30 The legal arguments is it doesn't do anything. It doesn't help him. It doesn't get him out, reduce his sentence, or anything. It doesn't "send a message to law enforcement" because any cases against them would be at the state level. Not the federal. The ONLY thing it does is agitate. That the Daily Wire who agreed 100% with his conviction and hates Trump is pushing it to get email addresses and to bring down Trump's approval. Widespread violence defeated Republican in 2020 and it would do so again. It's nice to say someone who understands the ramification on the electorate as a whole is being a coward when it benefits no one. They are not your friend and not your allies.
1
@kiaayo33 Maybe, but a man is physically and financially more equipped to get out of an abusive situation than a woman is. Also having a man in a woman's grape (not abuse) shelter puts vulnerable, terrified women in a horrible mental position.
1
@CD-vb9fi You confuse disagreements about scripture with hate. It's no different than saying if I don't think your mental illness is my responsibility is hate. Please show me where different sects of Christianity are harming each other. You can't. It definitely did in the past, but me not believing exactly as you do isn't hate.
1
If someone asks you what you'd go back and change in your life and you say, "I can't think of anything," that means there's nothing significant you'd change. It's not a non answer. It's saying there's nothing big you'd change.
1
They've never even read it. It's pretty much the same thing the Heritage Foundation puts out every election season. It's a suggestion mostly for reducing the size of government. Something Republicans are supposed to stand for. Smaller government. It's got some stuff about encouraging marriage and people to have kids, but it's mostly just putting departments under other departments and honesty, doesn't go far enough. They never even read it, but decades this election to try to use it as a fear tactic and can't let it go now.
1
That blew me away. Obviously she knows nothing about what's happened in the rest of the world before the last 4 years. She's older than me so should absolutely know about what happened after the fall of the USSR. Not to mention Russia invading Georgia under Bush Jr.
1
She's in a district that would vote for a dog if it had a D by it's name. She'd never make it because all her opponents have to do is point to her running Amazon out of a different district costing billions in the long-term for New York's economy.
1
It's not hard to hold the Democrat position at the federal level. It has nothing to do with the Constitution. They want to strip state rights and consolidate everything into the federal government to create cookie-cutter states. If you look at everything they were trying to pass, it was to force red states to institute almost all blue state policy. If they actually cared about the Constitution, they wouldn't have tried to pass so many gun laws that were against the Constitution and Supreme Court rulings.
1
Yes. Because the ten of thousands of Republican voters that live in DC are going to go crazy. That's sarcasm in case you didn't get it.
1
It's not a rainbow hoodie. It's an LSU hoodie. Purple and gold are their team colors.
1
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if New York is very close this year. I do think immigration is finally on the ballot since these big northern cities have finally gotten a taste of what's been going on down here for years. The people have to send a clear a message that these actions won't be tolerated and the Democrats need to face a sound defeat across the board. Heck, Portland just elected a Republican DA (he switched to Democrat at the tail end of the election to pick up a few more votes to push him over).
1
@matthewsill-ei5gf Military aid is still money. They've sold about half of what was sent. We know that because in the first year of the war, we and our allies were coming across weapons we'd sent in Syria, Yemen, and the cartels. A few months ago, personnel were sent with the weapons to keep track of them because it's been such a problem. Some is indeed money because we're paying pensions and rebuilding their power grid every 2 weeks. Weapons don't do those things. That's from Europeans saying that's what the current US aid d to Ukraine is. Edit: Ours stockpiles are almost empty leaving us vulnerable. They're "sitting around" in the case of an attack so we can mobilize quickly. We sell our old stuff as we produce new stuff so it's always being cycled in and out. There are long-term contracts with weapon manufacturers that don't stop just because we're not currently at war. We are the world's largest arms dealer. The whole "rusting" thing is hilarious. They're not sitting in a field somewhere exposed to the elements. We've got nuclear weapons that are 40+ years old that we maintain and aren't "rusting".
1
@agentorange3774 Love him, but unfortunately it's unlikely because he's pretty new in DC. He's got years left there and you don't go back after being VP.
1
That would be the left. That's who they're preparing for. They don't care when Republicans are the ones under threat to them, but don't tolerate themselves being in the same situation. I really don't understand people pretending there are massive numbers of Republican voters in DC.
1
It started in the colleges. We thought it would stay there and that was a mistake. When you teach kids to be activists instead of how to think for themselves, this is what you get. You’ve had colleges teaching kids to bring on a communist revolution and then are shocked when they start pushing, regular people say no and push back.
1
@davida.737 That's not who's coming in on them. It's a lottery. So, you don't pick them based on that. That's the 0-1 Visa. It's meant for exceptionally skilled people in a niche area or the insanely gifted. It requires a lot of proof to get someone in on. 10 references, examples of their ability, etc. They were lying to you, and rather than doing a few minutes' worth of research, you swallowed it and now advocate for something you know nothing about. Edit: Most of them are brought in by staffing agencies. The best don't need one to find a job. Certainly not one that takes a percentage of your wages.
1
Yeah. It's gotten crazy. They were talking about special events being put on by their Queer center. They shouldn't have time for that. Watching a football game or something, going to watch one of the school bands play, watching a play from the students, or the occasional comedian that comes should be plenty.
1
I can still watch Better Off Dead because he hates it. It's the only one I liked he starred in.
1
What? Please tell me when the 1% worked for the 99% and why they ever would. I'm in the top 8% and I'll be damned if I'm working for the 92%. I'm working for me and mine.
1
Of course not. Lower class shouldn't "thrive" because then they wouldn't be lower class. If you moved everyone to the middle class then the middle class becomes the lower class and everyone above moves down. Then the cost of living goes up to compensate. Today is a good example. Pretty much anyone in the lower class today would be considered middle class just 70 or so years ago because of the goods and services they have access to.
1
lol Their electric vehicles are horrible. It's why they're not allowed to be imported pretty much anywhere. They're not ahead of us. Think of your average Amazon purchase from something made in China. It breaks usually within a few months. Why would think anything they make would somehow not be of the same quality? Edit: Elon told you high-speed rail is illegal. We also never bothered because with the introduction of cheap cars, people stopped traveling by rail. Since the railways are privately owned, why would they invest in something with no sign of a return on that investment?
1
@johng4093 How a state votes for president has nothing to do with how they vote on the state level or other federal offices. I lived in Arkansas. We'd vote red for president and have a blue governor. It's why I've always taken issue with calling a state red or blue based only on who they voted for president the previous election. Arizona is not a red state. It's purple and has been a very long time. They absolutely got hit with the bulk from the recent state migration. Whereas solidly red states mostly got Republicans and libertarians during it, because Arizona wasn't solid red, it got a lot of the Democrats that fled California. So while the normal population was becoming redder, the new influx of people were solid blue voters. Californians are absolutely to blame for why Arizona hasn't gone from purple to light red.
1
I've been told at most she's a quarter. I'm a quarter and if I don't go outside, my skin will be the color of porcelain. My nose gives it away. There's nothing in her facial features that gives her's away.
1
It depends on where they donated it. ActBlue has a disclaimer that they can switch your donation between candidates.
1
@jonschroedinger8360 It was pretty much a lie. Anyone that's ever been around a real highly gifted child would know sticking their nose in a book except to sleep destroys any creativity or drive they have. A lot are on hands learners. Especially boys. Which means they need to take things apart and put them back together to fully understand things rather than just reading about someone else doing it. They need to SEE how things function. His rant came across as a jealous teenager that got rejected by the head cheerleader for the captain of the football team.

4:11 Except when Bush did it in Georgia, the UN did it in various counties, the US did it in it's war with Mexico. I think these people forgot the original intention was to keep Russia from taking the entire country and weaken them enough that they'd be willing to negotiate. If anyone ever thought Ukraine was going to win and push a country much bigger and more powerful than it is completely out, they are living in a fantasy. You can't live in fantasy land when it comes to war. They couldn't even keep their own two regions under control for almost 10 years, but they were going to beat Russia?
1
They can't fathom that will happen when they've got it. They want single party rule. Meanwhile Republicans are trying to tell them how to save their party because they understand only having one large party is bad. If the Democratic party collapses, it'll take probably more than a decade for a new party to arise to having any amount of consolidated power. You'll see a bunch of small parties that can't gain traction at a national level. Every other time that's occurred in our history there was a 3rd party ready to take its place.
1
@noap1n1on OH yeah. And their Adam's apples shaved down. That's the give away for the Algerian one.
1
Oh Lord. Don't let them know Natives came out for Trump at the highest percentage of any group. Not just our nen. All of us.
1
@Michael-od4kd Most women have openly said they're against this. Otherwise, the other female boxers wouldn't have wanted these tests implemented in women's international boxing. Unfortunately, the Olympic Committee decided to go against international rulings.
1
janjISMYname Yep! Announced it on X. Said Elon convinced him.
1
No it's not. Capitalism is just free trade between individuals. It's been how trading was done forever. Marx coined the term Capitalism to describe it.
1
14:16 When they said that against anyone standing the way, it was democracy. Now, when Republicans say that it's authoritarian. This is why they won't hold the presidency for at least 10 years.
1
He hasn't lived in the South for a long time. He came up with Clintons, so that tells you how long he's been in it and how fake he is.
1
@trumpdrago517 Tattoos. Every gang has specific tattoos to identify each other with. I'm going to assume you've never been around or known any gang members because this is well documented. Edit: That's also NOT the judge's position. The judge is angry he doesn't know the law. Judge's orders have to be written. There's court cases on this. A US judge does not have jurisdiction over intentional airspace and certainly not another country, which this judge was also claiming that he did. The orders weren't ignored. One plane had already landed by the time the written order was received.
1
@Tsar-Czar What about a brain tumor? A lot aren't operable and it's death within 6 months. If you're talking about malignant ones. Are you trying to infer that's a mental illness? It's not. It's physical. A mental illness is only in your mind. Not your brain. Even when talking about things caused by chemical imbalances, that's still considered physical. Just like pituitary disease is physical even though it's a hormone unbalance.
1
He's never been in a party except when he runs for president. Then he joins them. He's always been an independent.
1
They've said they want to ban all semi automatic weapons.
1
She's one of the ones that pushed for getting rid of paper and glass and change to plastic. Paper bags was because we were destroying forests. Glass because the sand on beaches was reducing. After seeing the results of that decision pushed by climate and environmental sciences, I'm noping out of this one. The only way to be net zero is to remove industrialization and go back to everyone living on homesteads. Her first.
1
We were pretty divided before that event then, BANG, immediately united. Even then we understood we could disagree with each other but if someone from the outside did we’d come together and tell them to F off. Now you’ve got people undermining from the inside talking about starting a communist “revolution”. They get ignored by the government and instead they go after the people trying to protect their kids from bad people. It’s insane.
1
Waltz didn't get passionate and mispeak about being in China during that event. He testified about it, he's talked about it multiple times, and it was part of his campaign website. That's not an accidental mispeak. It's a lie. As for that awful bill, most border states and states surrounding them were against it. Since we're the ones most affected by it it not being supported by them should be important to other lawmakers. The strongest border policy in history is also a lie. After the mass migration in the early days the border was sealed for 30 years. That would be the strongest.
