So, it turns out, trans women aren't really women. Who knew?

If she is the wife of a US Citizen, she should have been able to get a Green Card and would be eligible to become a citizen in THREE years after getting her green card, unless there is some other disqualifying offense. I'm not guessing. My wife is an immigrant and naturalized US citizen (and a Trump voter). She got her I-551 stamp before arriving in the US and received her green card about a month later. She applied for citizenship 3 months BEFORE the 3rd anniversary of arriving in the US and became a citizen 7 months later. Something here isn't being told.

That would take a Constitutional Amendment, not a 'law'. The constitution is clear that one need not be born in the US to serve in Congress, only be a US Citizen. There are already existing laws to handle cases where people commit FRAUD to gain citizenship, we just need to enforce those laws.

'Batonya Harding' 😂 Good one.

"...NAACP Calls Charges Racist!" Who'da thunk it?!?!? Yes, it was an 'accidental' skull fracture. 🤦🏼♂

There IS NO 'free sex'.

Smart phones allow people to do such stupid things.

There should be no law preventing ANY law abiding citizen the right to possess and carry a handgun, BUT that does NOT mean you get to point it at people for no reason.

Not the first such incident in Kentucky involving a judge and/or county prosecutor. Seems like trading meth or sex for leniency is pretty common in KY.

When DEI hires collide!

If his wife is a US citizen, she cannot be deported. If the children were born in the USA and have a US Citizen mother, they also cannot be deported. She and the children can, however, move to Venezuela, depending on their immigration policies.
35
@Care-o9i He didn't say 'she doesn't drive'. He said she has no driver's license and no insurance. NOT the same thing. You think people who illegally enter our country and illegally work decide to comply with motor vehicle laws?!?!? 🤪

Where does it say on the Statue of Liberty that the rest of us have to PAY for them?!?!?! You want them, Governor Hochul, I am sure your state's residents will be glad to pay for it. Raise your state taxes.

As if the Dems weren't already attacking RFK Jr. He was fighting MORE legal battles than Trump against the DNC. He has many good ideas, I hope he will get a chance to advance them in the Trump administration.

Maddow could quit in support of her black colleague. 🤔

Are you sure she isn't a citizen? She may have eventually received a green card and become a naturalized citizen. Judging from her last name, my guess is she married a US citizen and received a benefit as the spouse of a US citizen. It is very common for the USCIS to waive previous violations and approve green cards for US Citizen spouses. That would be a separate issue for debate. Since there IS a legal path for spouses/fiancées of US citizens to immigrate, waiving illegal entry seems unfair, at best. FWIW, Federal elected officials MUST be US Citizens. Local and state officials are left to the states to decide. I'm not disagreeing with you in principle , I am saying that we do not know her current immigration status.
17
It isn't that she 'never got around to being legal', it is because there are facts in her background which make her 'inadmissible' under the INA. Criminal record, for example.
17
"Mayor, Township Supervisor, Liquor License Commissioner" This sounds like the 1950s Mississippi or Kentucky. 🤣
16
@hasletjoe5984 Most are. Because the US citizenship process involves MULTIPLE international background checks, medical exams and interviews, LEGAL immigrants usually are healthy and have a very low rate of participating in crime. This person entered illegally, so she has already shown she has no interest in following laws. That is WHY we have a process and it should not be waived just because she entered illegally and married a US citizen.
14
"We'll leave if you give us free stuff" Seems like a disingenuous promise.🤔
14
We need a new US Attorney General and FBI Director...coming soon.
13
I agree. I lost my virginity to my 8th grade teacher when I was 13. LONG before texting or cell phones. We didn't need phone calls or test messages. No lingering psychological damage...but some VERY sweet memories!
12
@gamer61701 We cannot have 2 tiers of citizenship...or three. You are a citizen or NOT a citizen. Naturalized citizens have all the same rights and obligations as anyone born here.

The bottom line is: The solution to misinformation is MORE information. Not less.
9
@MrIrishalley True, my wife entered legally. we applied for her IR visa before she entered and she had an interview and background check overseas before entering the US. The I-551 is a stamp indicating your Green Card has been approved. HOWEVER, in recent years (even during Trump's first term) people who entered illegally and married a US citizen could STILL get a Green Card and be eligible for citizenship IF...big IF...they had no other 'disabilities'. One of those disabilities is if she had ever been deported and re-entered illegally. Foreign criminal record would also do it. My guess is, she entered illegally and her application was denied OR they never applied because they KNEW she would be denied. JUST being married to a US citizen does not prevent someone from being deported.
7
@brosephbroman7564 Citizenship IS required for federal government jobs. State government jobs are up to state laws.
7
Calling it "corruption" is a misnomer, IMO. This is just straight up THEFT. The Governor has some 'splainin to do, also. WHY was the Village allowed to ignore state financial reporting LAWS?
7
@heatherchandler1184 Sorry to hear that. You should elect new leaders. You PAY for what you vote for. And unless you are in prison, you DO have a choice. I-95 south.

Her immigration status is not revealed in this video. I assume she is a naturalized US Citizen. Judging from her name, and based on my 42 years of US Dept. of State and Senate staff experience in immigration policy... She entered illegally, married a US citizen and gained permanent residency (green card) and, eventually, citizenship. But I do not know that for sure. NOW...whether an illegal immigrant should be able to marry a US citizen and become a citizen is another discussion. Under US law, they can't. Entering illegally disqualifies a person from ANY immigration benefit. But the US Citizenship and Immigration Service has been waiving that disqualification for decades. Should they? There IS a legal process for the spouses and fiancées of US citizens to enter the country and receive immigration benefits. We should probably follow that law.

DOJ won't do anything. 🤷♂
6
@cpg92 Well, there you go. As I suspected.
5
@deaddropsd1972 But it was AWESOME!!!!!
4
@Togairu I assure you, it was not. My 8th grade teacher was one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen, before or since. It was a dream come true.
4
How bad is it when Lori Lightfoot is the 'hero'?!?!?!
3
@ivonneortiz5144 Funny, right? It happens. Mostly because USCIS has waived the disqualification of illegal entry for decades for certain applicants. (most often spouses of US Citizens) And it was officially waived for persons covered by the DREAM Act.
3
@TheEsquireOfSportsFSU If she 'illegally became a citizen' and that can be documented and her citizenship would be revoked and she could not be a member of Congress. But that is decided by an investigation and a court, not in the YouTube comments section.
3
Best way to get compliance. I bet NYC complies with federal law and allows access to ICE, or even cooperates.
3
@kimblakely4559 Right. As I stated. She was inadmissible under the INA. Coming to a country illegally and 'building a life' (at the expense of LEGAL immigrants) puts her entire family in jeopardy. And she knew that.
3
@ And with a lightweight aluminum baton, to boot. It takes quite a WHACK with a lightweight baton to cause a concussion.

@eno6712 *Dual. A duel is something you do with swords or pistols. Legally speaking there is no such thing as a 'dual citizen' in the USA. Under US law, you are a US citizen or you are NOT a US citizen. There is no 'dual citizenship'. While a naturalized citizen, or a US Citizen by birth born in a foreign country, CAN keep passports from their home country, the USA does not recognize dual citizenship and naturalized citizens take an oath to renounce their allegiance to their home country. The US simply does not recognize there is any such thing as a 'dual citizen'. My wife is a naturalized US citizen. She can not, for example, claim to be exempt from jury duty because she is a citizen of another country. My children were born in a foreign country, and as children of a US citizen, they are US Citizens by birth. Just as Ted Cruz is. They hold foreign passports also and live in the USA. Again, they had to register for the draft and are subject to ALL obligations of a US citizen. Full disclosure: I am retired from 36 years in US Dept. of State foreign service and 7 years as a US Senate staffer immigration liaison. I am not guessing.
2
@ADDyan7964 On further checking, yes, she IS a citizen. Naturalized in 2019. 😂
2
@petermarchut3321 YES, it turns out she IS a naturalized US citizen. However, to hold a city council office you don't necessarily 'have to be' a US citizen. Federal law applies ONLY to federally elected offices. State and local office qualifications are controlled by state and local laws. I do not wish to speculate on the laws of all 50 states.

Yes, but he is also no longer charged with a crime. He will not be on trial, SHE will. He is protecting the identity of the accused criminal.

WHEN is California going to learn?

Their election is on April Fool's day? I didn't make this up!

This is what happens when you make a movie on the premise that Gal Gadot is 'jealous' of Rachel Zegler's 'beauty'. 🤪

@bullirish Amend the Constitution to say so, otherwise what 'you think' doesn't matter.
2
@willj1598 So...change the constitution. Maybe other parts of the constitution no longer apply either. Maybe you think the 1st amendment doesn't apply to the internet, TV or radio. Maybe you think the 2nd amendment only applies to flintlock muskets. Maybe you think the 4th amendment doesn't apply to telephones and electronic devices. 🤷♂ If you think something no longer applies... change the constitution.

When Zuckerberg was in college he invented a multi-billion dollar platform, In 2020 he was "tricked" by the FBI into helping Biden. Was he also "tricked" into donating $400,000,000.00 to Democrat PACs in 2020? I call BS!!!!!!!!
