He did not go to Orange County (Orlando). His scheduled trip to Orange County for September 27th was postponed. JILL Biden was in Orlando (Orange County) 3 days ago. This video does NOT look like Orange Co., Florida 3 days ago when it was sunny and very warm. Except for the guy running around with the Trump flags, the people are dressed for cool weather. Neither is that an Orlando Police or Orange County Sherriff's Office vehicle. That is NOT "Orange County, Florida" However, JOE Biden WAS in Orange County, CA on October 14th.

It was a known phrase..."Oh, she needs to take a trip to NY" Plane tickets were a lot more expensive then (relatively speaking), and it was cheaper to fly to NY than CA as I recall. NY was the more common destination for Texas girls "in trouble". You had to go to a doctor for a pregnancy test and a travel agent to get a plane ticket. Few people had credit cards, especially young women. It was a cash deal. Now? You can buy the plane ticket and make the abortion appointment on your smart phone, with your credit card, in your bathroom, where you took the home pregnancy test you bought at the grocery store. 🙄

Seems like every woman in America will still be within a few hours travel of a safe, legal abortion. Eat breakfast at home, have an abortion at lunchtime and be home for a late dinner. Where was the guarantee of drive thru abortions within 1000 feet of every woman in America?

  40. Well, this is a STATE, not federal, Grand Jury and the state has it's own rules about that. She COULD BE in trouble, but whether it is a criminal offense depends on the STATE's statutes regarding Grand Jury proceedings. I am not familiar with GA's rules for Grand Juries, so I would not say she is in legal trouble without that knowledge. Maybe you are familiar with the GA statute?

  41. @FelisDomina It is not an "ongoing case". The Grand Jury has concluded. This was an indictment proceeding, NOT a trial. NO ONE has been charged with a crime yet. There IS NO "verdict". Grand Juries do not make "verdicts" or "judgements". They make "recommendations" on whether they believe or not believe that there is "probable cause" to believe a crime has occurred. What she is saying is that the jury recommended that some people be charged with some crime. Prosecutors decide whether to charge or not. If someone is charged with a crime, THEN there will be a trial and THEN there will be a verdict. That said...this is a STATE, not federal, Grand Jury and the state has it's own rules about the conduct of jurors. She COULD BE in trouble, but whether it is a criminal offense depends on the STATE's statutes regarding Grand Jury proceedings. In general, Grand Jury proceedings are supposed to be secret. For MANY reasons. No one has been charged with a crime or convicted beyond a reasonable doubt. Talk such as this damages people's reputations and/or livelihoods without ever being charged or convicted. Information such as this getting to the people who would be charged could jeopardize the prosecutions case. What the penalties are for STATE Grand Jurors doing something like she did depends on the state. I am not familiar with GA's rules for Grand Juries, so I would not say she is in legal trouble without that knowledge. Maybe you are familiar with the GA statute?

  45. @FelisDomina 👍 Just remember, in order for anyone to "be arrested" there MUST be a Statute, GA Code in this case, that makes what they are doing a CRIME. Being "against the law" is NOT always a crime. Where I live if my grass grows more than 12" long, it is "against the law", but it is NOT a crime. No one gets arrested or goes to jail for it. Whenever someone says "She needs to be arrested" just ask them which statute they are referring to.
