  1. If Biden opened our oil production, but it back the way it was on January 19, 2020, the market oil price would drop 40% in a week!!!!!!! IN ONE WEEK. It would not take even one drop of oil to hit the market to do so. The price is driven by investors, the prices quoted... "the oil price"... is a "futures" price. Just as an announcement from OPEC can raise or lower oil prices, so can an announcement from the USA.
