  1. Judges are not employees of the President. No worries, this is what Trump NEEDED to happen. It cannot advance to the Supreme Court until it loses at the lower courts.

  2. Everyone relax. We HAVE to lose in lower courts in order to get this to the Supreme Court. The order was written in such a way that NO COURT's order would withstand a SCOTUS review. The last order expired before SCOTUS could hear it because...vacation! This one won't.
