  31. Trial starts Monday. The Judge has ruled that a lot of evidence implicating other people can be brought in, but not all. Why? Well, Sussman is charged with lying to the FBI that he wasn't working for anyone. The defense argues that who he was working for is irrelevant. How the information got to him or what the information was is irrelevant, per the defense. The judge has repeatedly said that the Sussman trial will not be a "mini-trial" for conspiracy. My feeling is that Sussman has provided Durham a roadmap of how to get to the conspiracy. Durham is following the roadmap. Whether it gets brought out now, or later, is the question. I think Sussman will get a light sentence (probation) in return for his help. Anyone expecting a long prison sentence for Sussman will be disappointed.

Texas is NOT a tossup. NO ONE believes that. To put out such a statement or such a poll only proves the polls are fake. Just as much as a poll showing a 17 point lead for Biden in Wisconsin, which IS a tossup state, that NO ONE will win by 17 points. Why would anyone publish such nonsense?

Most states require a sign on businesses to DENY concealed carry. I live in Florida...the state that has issued more concealed carry licenses than any other...and we rarely, if ever, see those signs. Businesses don't mind having people carrying guns. The "guns allowed" signs will be a lot more common in NY than she thinks. 3. "Concealed" has a meaning. I have carried a handgun every day since 1973. As an off duty police officer for 36 years and now, retired, as a licensed civilian. In 49 years NO ONE has ever noticed I am a carrying a handgun. 😎 People really are inspecting you to see if they can spot a handgun while they are grocery shopping.

Foreign people cannot contribute money to a political campaign, but they can "buy" unlimited numbers of internet generated "trading cards" and Trump doesn't have to report them as donations. He can claim them as "income" pay the tax and then "loan" his own political campaign as much as he wants, and then re-pay himself, with interest, after the campaign is over.
