  3.  @commonsense6967  I live in Florida, so I will agree. Short answer: Remember that Trump had won Florida over Hillary in 2016 by 1.2% and got less than 50% of the total vote in Florida. A Trump endorsement in Florida in 2018 was just not that big a deal. It is a BIG STRETCH to suggest DeSantis would never have been Governor if not for Trump. BIG STRETCH. But it is the sort of stretch Trump always likes to make. Long answer: I also had the privilege of having DeSantis as my Congressman, I live in his former Congressional district. The endorsement Trump gave to DeSantis was for the Republican Gubernatorial primary in 2018 when DeSantis faced Adam Putnam, former Congressman and then the current Agriculture Commissioner. Putnam was also a solid conservative. Did Trump's endorsement get DeSantis the win in the primary? I'm not sure anyone can say that. It wasn't close. DeSantis got 56.5%, Putnam got 36.5%. DeSantis was an outspoken Congressman, he was frequently on National TV giving his comments and was well known in the state. Putnam was not as well known. The Ag Commissioner is not a high profile office. He had not been a well known or outspoken Congressman. DeSantis had been a big supporter of Trump's legislation in Congress...except for the Trump supported Red Flag law DeSantis had voted against... and DeSantis' replacement was Michael Waltz, also a supporter of Trump policies...so it wasn't a big decision for Trump to make either.

Though I was offered one for FREE, I chose to purchase my own approved alternate, a SIG P228, which was my primary duty handgun for 19 years of plainclothes duty. Prior to that, for uniform duty, I had DA revolvers and a Beretta 92FS. As I have said many times, I wouldn't have a striker fired, trigger dingle pistol on me if you gave it to me FREE and paid me to carry it. DA/SA or DAO hammer fired ONLY.

  10. Not really. I live in Florida. Trump carried Florida by a margin three times greater in 2020 than in 2016. Largely because he crushed it with Latinos and stole the Democrat's base right out from under their noses. We had that "3rd New York Senator" Bill Nelson for 18 years until 2018. We elected DeSantis in 2018. Democrats are losing even Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Current polls show if the 2022 election were today, DeSantis and Rubio would carry those "Democratic strongholds" These aren't lifelong Democrats retiring to Miami from New York, these are people FLEEING Democrat strongholds for freedom and lower taxes.

  12. This tells you everything you need to know about Biden's immigration policies (or lack thereof) CLEARLY they want non-citizens and illegal aliens (especially illegal aliens) to be able to vote. Federal Law AND the Arizona State Constitution require a person to be a US Citizen to vote in ANY election, even state and local elections in Arizona. (Arizona is one of only two states that require that in their state constitution) It is the DOJ's duty and responsibility to enforce Federal Law. Do your job, Garland!!!!!!!! And I can't think for a better time to get this issue into the legal system and up to the Supreme Court if necessary.

  21. You don't "run" as VP, you get selected as VP by the nominee. DeSantis has -0- reason to be interested in the VP position. He is Governor of the 3rd most populous state and would be FAR BETTER off, politically, serving out his time as Governor of Florida, than being anyone's VP. He will run for President, in 2024 and/or 2028 ...or not. He won't be anyone's VP. He could run in 2024 and if he doesn't get the nomination, he could run again in 2028 and/or 2032, 2036, 2040. DeSantis is 45 years old...he has lots of time.

Giving debt relief to the demographic least likely to vote and FORCING the demographic most likely to vote will not end well. That said, after pissing off the people would pay for this...what happens when a Federal judge blocks this and the people who would, benefit get nothing? This may very well be Biden's biggest blunder ever.

  30. I wonder how many Republicans in Wyoming would come to a Bush rally. I suspect there is going to be a Trump rally in Wyoming for Cheney's opponent. I HOPE the RNC is not stupid enough to allow multiple primary challengers in a state with "plurality" voting. There are no "runoffs" in Wyoming, the person with the most votes wins, even if it is not 50%. Multiple challengers would benefit Cheney. Even though her polling numbers are horrible, they are good enough for her to win the nomination IF there are multiple primary candidates and the vote gets divided 5 or 6 ways. In Wyoming, the Republican primary IS the election. It is a R+18 state. Trump needs to endorse a candidate early in the process to get them elected
