Its very stupid to equate the wish to leave the EU with the extreme right.
7
Where are they getting £100,000 to spend on facebook pages?
7
Its not Britain thats broken. Its the democratic process. And its the remainers in parliament who broke it.
7
His wife is essentially a hostage. And like any husband would he is asking for a ransom to be paid. Westerners should be warned to stay away from Iran. It's a terrorist state with a long history of taking innocent people hostage.
7
Corbyn promised he would respect a peoples vote the first time around. He hasn't. So what makes anyone think he'd respect another one?
7
He's right. Don't pay them. The UK is leaving, so the EU has no obligations towards the UK. And the UK has no obligations to the EU.
7
The UK needs to know what kind of trade deal Brussels will offer before anything can be decided on the Irish border. We've heard a lot about the UK's obligation to the EU. But if the UK has obligations to the EU, then the EU also has obligations to the UK. Any financial settlement should be entirely dependent of what sort of deal the EU is willing to offer. Imo Brussels is determined to have bad relations with the UK because of Brexit. It's about time we recognised that, treat them as they are treating us, and scale back our commitments to mainland Europe accordingly.
7
It's not just Corbyn's hatred of jews thats the problem. It's his support for sectarian violence and Islamist terrorism too.
7
We don't expect a seismic shift of labour's Brexit policy. Because nobody knows what it is. Chakrabarti should be ashamed of her whitewashing of labour's institutional anti-Semitism #hopenothate
7
70 years of communist rule is nothing to celebrate
6
Putin has turned Russia into a rogue state. This is a chemical terror attack on UK streets. The more the west isolates Russia, the better.
6
Neither should Mr Tusk become 'Mr No Deal'
6
Waste of time. Unlikely to be ever used.
6
Corbyn's policy is that the UK shouldn't leave with no deal. Which means he's basically given Brussels an incentive to reject any deal he comes up with in order to stop the UK from leaving. Either he's too naive and stupid to realise that - and Brussels will just walk all over him. Or (despite his promises to respect the referendum result) he's hoping the EU will stop Brexit for him, because he doesn't have the honesty to do it himself.
6
@annother3350 Then they should call for a vote of no confidence, and lets have an election.
5
I love the USA!

48.11% of the population could certainly do with more hormones.
5
Those are home grown retards. The ones who are attracted to authoritarianism.
5
Putin won't go until he can find someone to replace him that won't come after him. He'll want someone he can control. Whoever it is, its unlikely Russians will have much of a say.
5
Thats essentially what people voted for. No deal. All that requires is for the EU to recognise the UK as an independent country like any other non-EU country. What labour and Theresa May want is half in/half out. Thats not what the country voted for. If parliament wasn't prepared to do what it promised and respect the referendum result, it should've been honest about that before the referendum and before the last general election. Then MPs would not have found themselves so at odds with the rest of the country.
5
Extinction Rebellion aren't 'idealists'. Because they have no ideas. They are the opposite. They are pessimists.
5
That £1 billion EU investment into Sunderland is actually UK taxpayer cash -50%. As for whether the elected UK government can be trusted to spend UK taxpayer cash in the UK rather than in the EU, I think so, yes. UK voters can vote against a government if they dont like where the money is going. Thats not an option with the EU.
5
I'm sure the Russians were simply there to visit the area's early 19th century stone built Holy Trinity Church
5
He could begin by apologising for his country's attempted assassination of the Skripals using chemical weapons, hand over the suspects, and then apologise for the shooting down of MH17, and hand over the suspects.
5
Socialists are only interested in power. Once they have it, they will never let go of it no matter what the cost.
5
Corbyn spent much of his 'career' doing far worse. Including supporting sectarian terrorism.
5
Fake news and conspiracy theories have long been Russia's main export
5
Only the conservatives, obviously. She has no problem with lying Marxist anti-Semites.
5
MP's voted on holding a referendum. They promised before the referendum to respect the result. They held the referendum. Voted to implement the result. Then before the last election, they promised again to respect the result of the referendum. Now, despite all the promises they made, they are refusing to implement the referendum result. In other words, they lied. No one expects politicians to work miracles. But when they can carry thro a policy they made a promise on, they should. Otherwise they'll get what they deserve.

Kinda what tyrants do. Massacre their people until they submit.

''...It's austerity that made Brexit'' This statement is simply wrong. Polls show that the main reason why peopled voted for Brexit is that they wanted to take back political control from Brussels. It is a simple as that. People the world over hold the idea of self governance to be a good thing. But Sir Anish Kapoor cannot admit that. Neither can most other remainers. Because they have no argument against it. So instead they go fumbling about for some other reason. Something to explain away why the voters got it 'wrong'. So even while the media attempts to 'sympathise' with Brexit, it really is just more of the same - As far as they are concerned, those who voted Brexit are either mad, bad, or sad.
4
@jimmyrichards5595 Yes. But unfortunately those in parliament who said they would respect that vote lied. And as we have seen, will do anything to frustrate that vote from being carried out. So then the only way is to have an election and vote them out.
4
Let me guess, did they say join the euro?
4
Anyone with a conscience left long ago. What took him so long?
4
Watch this space to find out which particular bland nonentity is victorious
4
Smirking at the UK governments considerable commitments on the issue is not inspirational.
4
Keeping him in power didn't do much to stop a power vacuum, either.
4
Communists have always been the enemy of the people.
4
Remainers in parliament overplayed their hand. They should've voted for the deal on offer, but instead held out in the hope of making Brexit an impossibility. Some irony that while doing so they actually made a no deal Brexit an inevitability.
4
You'd have thought that a party that boasts so loudly about its anti-racism credentials could've at least managed not to have selected Joseph Goebbels 2.0
4
If he has any honesty he'd leave. Corbyn has dragged labour through the gutter
4
@AquaticBall13 And how can the UK do that if Brussels and Mr Tusk refuse to even negotiate?
4
The sound of desperation. The voters have already decided. Blair offered no referendum on Europe when he was in power, and now he wants two in quick succession?
4
I suggest we decide who is more likely to become violent over this issue. And then quietly give in to them.
4
Russia is a authoritarian third world shithole that's always been more comfortable allying with dictatorships.
4
We had an 'emergency budget' when labour last left office. We're still carrying it through.
4
Don't worry. Apparently the president of the European Commission has no power. Which is why she doesn't have to stand for election. So her views on Brexit shouldn't really matter at all.
3
Odd, considering the Iranian regime claims they legitimately seized the Swedish vessel - Either they seized it for a legitimate reason or they didn't. What a lying snake. Much like the rest of the Iranian regime.
3
The last thing the Venezuelans need is Russia dropping chemical weapons all over them
3
Oh, the irony
