@mile_high_topher Great idea.

My state university is requiring vaccination for admission. Is it right for public universities to require vaccination with a drug not yet FDA approved? Another report said there were 1200 myocarditis cases. I had thought all resolved with treatment. Seems that is not quite true either. At this point, being heavy-handed will hurt the vaccination drive.

@darwinLee81283 Exactly. And over what? This guy is not very attractive.
1
Thank you
1
@whawkins8636 exactly
1
@johnmartin4641 His job was public relations. Whatever the job title, PR is the fact. Of course he should have a job -- for which he is qualified. So, these people don't even have "soft skills." What are they good at, exactly? I mean, a lot of people know multivariate calculus. Any one of them can master the technical side of his work.
1
@markishbasedgod5251 Why the name calling? That sure devolved quickly. Why?
1
@johnmartin4641 The C-suite is always, always, always the public face of a company. Even the CFO, though he is usually the least involved in PR.
1
@markishbasedgod5251 You think a clerk at a drive through represents the company, but a C-suite employee doesn't?
1
@VIZZIONASMRtainment This was written before Depp v. Heard. Now they would all follow the newest hashtag.
1
No. These women were all full grown.
1
These are normal, ordinary moms. That's what is so upsetting. You know you know people like them.
1
Well, there are a lot of excellent websites maintained by law schools. Rather than posting, you could try researching the answer.
1
@omarromero396 Because a petition will result in an indictment? They teach zero civics in schools now?
1
@krispeekream We were discussing the police encounter. At that point, both were alive.
1
@jordanlee3078 I like your attitude, Dad!! 😊
1
@icare4you123 Wrong. But if I cite the exact statute, word for word, to show that the Laundries could not be prosecuted unless they lied to law enforcement or destroyed evidence, my post will dis_______.
1
@mrabene87 They have sued for many millions -- Brian's estate, Brian's parents, the Moab police. Brian's estate was for possession of all of his books, papers, videos, posts, emails, etc. Good move, Brian's parents did not fight that.
1
Finally, a dignified and fully justified demonstration. I didn't think the Dems had it in them.
1
Going public could protect him. It is a risky move, true. He should not have reported on his father. Talk to his father's doctor, find a lawyer, seek out alternatives. Reporting to LE or doing nothing are not good choices.
1
@terrykjones1 There are lots of good choices between reporting and doing nothing. Reporting on immediate family, unless violence is imminent, is not a good one.
1
@terryjones2053 Actually, no. A conviction is for past conduct. Look up the legal meaning of the word.
1
@terryjones2053 Also, violence could be "imminent" on the part of someone who never committed any crime before. You don't get one freebee. (And what gives you the right to judge when you don't know what words mean?)
1
@terryjones2053 Too bad my detailed answer is _______________. As usual.
1
GOOD
1
I am so, so sorry. This is so unjust.
1
@Digger-Nick Why do you see anger wherever intelligence is on display? You might want to explore that question.
1
@honorafox4709 You think someone else is cherry-picking? What I wonder is how anyone in this country holds a job anymore. How many ad hoc hypotheses do you plan to generate, and then congratulate yourself for your "creativity?"
1
@paulboccuti8675 All right. And since when can you kill a dying person? This issue has TWO parts, no?
1
@paulboccuti8675 Please explain your need to repeat this lie. I don't understand. What does it do for you?
1
@benjamintaylor4402 But, but . . . That's a long sentence. Your sentence is twice as long as his sentence. (In fact, he may have prevented a mass shooting, but I digress. What cop is going believe that, heh heh?)
1
The total impoverishment of the culture is what I see, with Biden and his last-minute pardons high on the list as well.
1
@gregwhatley6778 Well my post already _________. It wasn't favorable to Biden, either.
1
I'm opposed to the choice they made AND I want them released to America immediately.
1
@user-om4nw8ee6l I didn't insist that it was "our problem." It is their problem. And they are US citizens. There are many hopelessly stupid people in the world. I opt for rescue anyway. There's just too many to ignore. 😉
1
This is very hard on law enforcement, the prosecutors, and the therapists who deal with them, as well. They themselves may need some therapy to avoid being traumatized.
1
I appreciate that he was concerned, and rightly so, but you do not report on your father to the FBI. You speak with his doctor, you seek legal advice.
1
These are just ordinary moms. That's what's hard to accept.
1
No.
1
Whatever you may think of Bannon, this is true. 😂
1
@nutmegara6452 "Imminent" refers to future conduct, the serious risk of which one has direct, personal knowledge. Someone just left your presence armed, angry, and fuming about an ex-spouse. Yup, call the police. And warn the person. Everyone at that demonstration wasn't about to commit a violent crime any more than anyone at the George Floyd demonstrations was, no matter who torched what later. With George Floyd, the number was zero or close to zero in nearly every demonstration. January 6th numbers were higher from the start, but not close to all.
1
@truthhearit1471 You know, if people keep this up, we won't have First Amendment rights when we need them. That already happened, at Columbia, UCLA, Harvard . . . You can't take them out of a box when convenient, and put them back in when not. (Is "Free Palestine" a true threat? Have you ever read a single Supreme Court case on true threats, as opposed to political hyperbole? I'm betting not.)
1
@perfectlittleangel Prison NEVER improved anyone's mental health. I'm sorry his son didn't speak to an attorney and a doctor or some therapists before calling LE. In other interviews I've seen, he strikes me as brilliant. If he had had more life experience, he would have handled this better. Yet most people have the common sense on Day 1 not to do this. FBI is never a first resort. That's just crazy. Now, his mother is digging in her heels, too. A tragedy all around.
1
@almondflour4785 You beat me to it, lol.
1
@emmata118 Of COURSE it does. He's a "valuable commodity." This is important information for you: do not let your guard down. Do not assume he's "safe."
1
@OreozBnB Of course there are no alternatives besides letting them go and lethal force -- in a possible fake $20 bill case. This is because in America, we raise creative thinkers.
1
The tone of voice of the 911 operator, you know she suspected the bicyclist who found her of some wrongdoing.
1
He's ugly.
1
She looks dazed.

@tearofaangel1 Me too.
