The Germans are actually investing big in China to develop their ev models.

  10. I have posed this question to many China watchers. If Chang Kai Shek instead of Mao was victorious in the Civil War, would China be better off or more developed than now. Many say it will probably be something like India. Largest democracy, chaotic, lots of internal unrest from the many different ethnic groups, vast income gap between the haves and have not. One thing for sure, they won't be allowed to develop and surpass the Masters of the Universe. Just like Japan. If this is what the Chinese wants.
