Largest in Latin America. Now imports and exports to and from Asia don't have to go through US ports in LA. Shipping time reduced from 38 days to 26 days. Huge opportunity for Peru and the rest to tap into the giant Asian market.

  22. The mainland Chinese here are mostly college students. Well mannered and respectful. Don't get into trouble with the law like other foreign students. Our local landlords prefer to rent their properties to them than other foreign students. As for other non student Chinese visitors, we don't get too many complaints about their behavior.

It accounts for 4.74% of total global trade settlement. It ranks only behind USD, EURO and the Japanese yen while surpassing . It is estimated that in a couple of years the yuan will overtake the yen to take third place. With more of their trading partners opting to settle in either yuan or their own currencies, I don't see the fall of the yuan anytime soon.

  42. Firstly you should improve your English before commenting. Secondly you must always question whatever comes out from this channel. Never accept blindly. If they are not capable of making an ev of acceptable quality , why are their evs dominating in so many markets around the world? Why are the EU and US so worried about Chinese evs coming into their markets. They had to rush to impose high tariffs to protect their own auto industry from getting demolished. Both needed tariffs because they know their competitor has a better and cheaper product than theirs.

  43. There are tons of Chinese tourists here in Asean during thd lunar new year holidays. Their tour groups are seen everywhere. Why go to Japan when it's much cheaper and more welcoming here.

  47. Not true. The Vietnamese govt already announced back in April this year they are going ahead to start construction of not one but two high speed rail lines in cooperation with China by 2030. First line will connect the port of Haiphong to Lao Cai province bordering China Yunnsn province via Hanoi. The second line runs from Hanoi to Lang Son province bordering China Guangxi province. The first line will be 427 km long and construction will start end of this year. Another major rail project involves the 1500km North to South line linking Hanoi and HCM city, which both countries plan to start in 2030.
