  16. Already EU is showing a willingness to start talks with China about their planned tariff implementationnext month on their imported evs. So it may not be a done deal as yet and there's room for negotiation. Talks could have already started since the German vice Chancellor is now in Beijing.

  31. You can't export infrastructure unless it is needed elsewhere. Bangladesh and Croatia needed a bridge while Algeria needed a national highway. Or UAE needed a railway network to connect the whole country. They all call on Chinese companies to help build them. Not American or European companies for obvious reasons.
