@gw1nya1al1 Well, your comment certainly was.

Why would anyone wish to integrate, when, as is being demonstrated on a daily basis, you can become the rulers whilst retaining your medieval beliefs?
7
Don't worry. After around 18 months it will be declared a Hate Crime to voice doubts about the righteousness of the Dear Leader.
7
@blue24563 Just to educate you, the Poppy Appeal began life as the Haig Fund in 1921, which adopted the Poppy as the symbol of the fund in the sam year. The button in the centre of the poppy used to say 'Haig Fund' until as recently as 1994, when the words were changed to 'Poppy Appeal.' The Poppy is now, and has been for many years, representative of all British soldiers who have died in war. Don't be ashamed to admit your ignorance, so long as you can learn from others with more knowledge.

Unfair. Reeves was taken off the tranquilisers for long enough to present the budget. The black stare she has been displaying in the Commons for the last week or two was completely absent.
7
@countfosco8535 What leads you to that conclusion about David 'Henry VII succeeded Henry VIII and Marie Antoinette won a Nobel Prize' Lammy?
6
@Big Stu You should read what Jada Pinkett Smith, the Producer, and the Director, Tina Gharavi, have been saying.
6
His daddy runs a venture capital company. I think that is sufficient explanation.
6
Just wait for the response. The report, and the writer, will be suppressed with cries of 'heresy!' and 'Burn the Witch!' before we are all much older. Fanatics do not concede easily.
6
@debibuxton1335 Had the Archbishop of Canterbury had his way, the Rev. Paula would have been made Bishop of London a few years ago. Clearly, Justin saw in her a character akin to his own?
6
@someguy-eh9mg The human rights lawyer who has 'adjusted' the law to make possible the immediate jailing of anyone who disagrees with him? You really prefer him?
6
Why else would they have gone into politics?
6
It seems that in Post Office culture, 'befehl ist befehl' was the rule. Or at least, Bogerd is trying to insist that it was. Apparently, when she left the P.O., her salary was in excess of £400,000 p.a.
6
I think that it is more the UN trying to tell Britain what to do.
6
Sadly, I agree. I will continue to make donations, but elsewhere.
6
To be fair, the Foreign Ministers of both countries had constructive talks. Unfortunately, neither of them spoke any form of intelligible English.
6
@kim-mariefreeston8336 I think that it is simpler than that. He is enthusiastically posturing on the world stage in an attempt to distract from the shambles that is the United Kingdom under his stewardship, and he still hasn't grasped the fact that his words and actions have consequences.
6
Unfortunately, like most of the rest of us, one of the 'little people' that the Rev. Vennells so obviously despises.
6
@seanknapton7449 Really, around 50% of the votes in Rochdale were postal ballots, and 12,000 of those 13,000 votes were for Galloway.
6
I wonder if Putin would actually be willing to waste a few hours talking to any of them? For good or ill, I suspect he would only speak to the real players in the game.
6
@seewhatifound Hasn't he already explained that they are merely liars in any case?
6
Have you ever thought to ask yourself why the co-religionists of the Gazans are so steadfastly determined not to allow them into their own countries?
6
@Beenjammin.Buttons Does that really justify Starmer inflaming the situation by making divisive speeches?
6
@marcor6769 Why not wait to see what actually happens before jumping to conclusions?
6
I suspect that after listening to the Dear Leader for about ten minutes, Trump simply left the phone on the desk, went away to do something interesting, and left Starmer rambling into the void.
6
@Joy-w5j Still, at least Rachel cut a penny off the price of draught beer. As she presumably thinks that the working class drink only beer. I am surprised that she didn't cancel VAT on Flat Caps and Whippet Food. After all, isn't that what they wear, and what their hobbies are?
6
In the case of Sir Keir, it seems that the Ukrainians are right.
6
How dare you criticise this man? The Dear Leader has him earmarked for the position of Secretary of State for Religious Affairs.
6
Be fair. He cannot do everything. Wandering around posturing as a Great Statesman on the world stage does take up a fair chunk of his time.
6
At present, this is an Inquiry. Hopefully criminal proceeding might follow?
6
Perhaps the pause is simply to give hime time to get larger wardrobes. Donated for free of course.
6
Oh dear. It seems that the Dear Leader hasn't quite lived up to your expectations, Comrade? I do, however, understand your Homer Simpson approach, of 'Block my ears long enough and it will all go away.'
6
Former advisor to Yvette Cooper. Either she didn't take any notice, or he gave poor advice.
5
@Ruby16663 Indeed. The faux shock that Oprah tried to express was so artificial that clearly her acting coach had had a week or two off.
5
Oh look. One of those who believes that democracy simply means the right to agree with him.
5
The two my wife refers to as the Rotweilers? Looking forward to it immensely.
5
@paulcundy7329 Yes, you would. Unless those in authority steadfastly chose to raise them.
5
She claims to have had a very important job. That of passing on instructions for her superiors, without, of course, reading any of them. I wonder if her main line of defence, that of 'some big boys and girls did it, then ran away,' will succeed?
5
@ant270 Having seen Dear Rachel on the front bench in the Commons recently, staring blankly into space, blinking occasionally, I suspect that you may be right.
5
@mzaf2247 Of course you have credible evidence to show that she provoked the rioting, don't you?
5
@AlanFagan-y5l Are you aware of the effect that the Employment Bill will have on the Private Sector? Will those workers who are likely to be laid off, or not employed in the first place, be happy about that effect? Noe eveyone works in the Public Sector, where costs seem not to matter.
5
@mrwpg 'Balfour decleration is illegal.' Who has determined that it illegal? You?
5
If so, Trump is far from alone in that detestation.
5
Beware! His successor is someone who has just awarded a Damehood to the awful Jacinda Ardern.
5
The Reverend Paula is about a month away. I expect that she is eagerly awaiting her opportunity to set the record straight.
5
Even more alarming, Jonathan Brearley, CEO of OfGem, appeared on Martin Lewis's programme on Tuesday evening, and revealed himself to be as dedicated a net zero fanatic as Ed Miliband, often repeating, almost word for word, his master's voice.
5
@GS-dc4dt The public already know how the current 'government' looks.
5
The earth of the 1970s, through a time warp.
5
She is an inspired choice. Every times she excretes her arrogant nonsense, she alienates a few more neutrals from her viewpoint.
5
@jeanettecardinal790 Sir Mark is brilliant! Who else could have caused people to look back on dear Dame Cressida's time as Commissioner as a golden age?
