China should start positive public campaigns to make Taiwan greater and more prosperous as an autonomous state and work with the KMT for the 2024 Taiwan election to unite Taiwan as an autonomous province of China. This includes all measures for co-operation with KMT and sign a binding memorandum with KMT. This includes the full integration of Taiwan companies into China for the long term prosperity of Taiwan. This includes making part of Taiwan a special economic zone like on the mainland special economic zones.

  2.  @nadtz  That was the old original time frame but hclau218 said Thorium molten salt reactor. Pilot plant connected to the Grid last year. Next year a bigger commercial one will be build. Given that China has allocated over 700 scientists and funds and a top priority and have solved the two obstacles for Thorium reactors the new time frame looks feasible. Regards.
