  50. The U$A love to sanction countries and presently sanction about half the countries worldwide which is appalling in my view. These sanctions are NOT in accord with INTERNATIONAL LAW of the UN and relate to the U$A RULES BASED LAW which is designed to get around International Law. Rules based law is just what the U$A decide in their Congress or Presidential decisions as I am aware. This is appalling.
