@greggemerer8251 that's why in the last 15 years Russia hasn't sent its military on ilegal operations in neutrual states . Russia still has 1/20th the GDP of the USA. Russia since independence from the ussr has broken 6 different treaties with georgia and Ukraine alone . Russia is limited by capacity and is just violent as the west is. Russia has too bombed and massacred people . Russia is no better than the west . If Russia had the same GDP that the USA Russia would be doing the same stuff . Not to mention Crimea is unjustifiable no matter what the west does

@greggemerer8251 GDP PPP doesn't accurately reflect the cost of complex goods . PPP is adjusted for day to day living . A GPU in Russia will cost more or less the same as it does in Europe or USA . Nominal GDP matters when dealing with trade and industry. Trade surplus doesn't automatically mean good economy so does Mexico have a trade surplus and so do many other countries . Syria was started by the Arab Spring a thing which originated in Tunisia . USA had very little to do with the civil war starting in Syria . Not to mention russian defence ministry realised footage of them hitting hospitals so Russia doesn't have a leg to stand on Lybians fought amongst themselves . Granted they intervined but the conflict wasn't solely started or perpetuated by USA . Yugoslavia . Serbian forces were committing a literal genocide so yeah somebody would've intervined Afghanistan happend because of 9/11 granted after Osama should've pulled out but then again that's military industrial complex . Yemen was started by Saudi Arabia. Iraq yeah that was wrong nato should've never went in . Russia is just not as powerful so can't do it . In Ukraine and Georgia Russia has engaged in vicious crimes. In chechnya 80k people died . Grozny was flattened by russian artillery . Russia is just as agressive and Imperialist as the USA
