  10. Look, I'm not gonna sit here and say that Crowder's jokes prevent violence (because I'm not an idiot) but it doesn't increase the likelihood either. And nearly all of my gay friends who have reacted to this scandal say that the Vox guys is stupid and overreacting and that he's doing an injustice to gay people by revealing how triggered he is. My one friend Angelo said that Maza was a weak "geta" which meant he was a "gay beta" and that he needed to get a backbone cause he makes gay people look weak. my other friend said that he wasn't offended by the qoites but that it was disturbing how obsessed Crowder seemed to be. He has never heard of either of these people before either cause he's not very political. The only LGBT friend I have who was offended was my friend Anna who said she couldn't believe what Crowder said. But then she also went on to say that "the other guy, Plaza or whatever the fuck his name is does not have the right to prevent homophobes from saying homophobic things. Censoring them won't make them go away".

This is a procedure that isnt necessary, its an extensive cosmetic one but if you identify as a gender why would you need to get reaffirmation surgery? i thought gender was a myth. If you have to change your appearance to fit your gender then isnt that reaffirming traditional gender expectations? I thought that wasn't woke? This is a major problem with the non binary gender deconstructionist ideology. Using their logic, having to do this procedure reinforces gender stereotypes and hurts the trans community. Im not against trans people getting surgery or hormone treatment (technically i am as it should only be used in extreme circumstances and after a certain age) but it should not be paid for by my taxes. I dont want my money going towards some idiot who thinks they aren't the gender they truly are.

Maybe free speech but Right wingers think Leftists hate free speech and Leftists understand that Right wingers are hypocritical on free speech. But no, there are no "core" values. One side (The left) supports healthcare for all and the other doesn't. One side (the right) thinks poor people deserve to be poor, the other does not. One side (the left) understands that some regulation of corporations is needed and that these large corporations should pay higher taxes and shoudn't legally be able to exempt out of them, the other does not. This is no longer a world of bipartisanship. Its a war between moving forward and running backwards. Personally, i wish to move forward.

  23. I have a Pervasive Developmental Disorder, which is an autistic spectrum disorder similar to Aspergers. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about this subject because that's what happens to us. Something we read or watch sticks with us and we obsess over that. For me it's politics, Star Wars and action figures. For her it's climate change. We are not dumb. in fact we are highly intelligent. A bit aloof at times about how to interact with people and for me it's extremely difficult to hold down a job but I'm not ill and I'm not stupid. I am however, one if the most independent minded people out there. This is just like when they claimed the Stoneman Douglas kids were child shills paid for by the liberal elites.

  33. I disagree, I thought Pete's response to the high arrest rates was not only good but accurate. He says he pushed for increased police presence in high crime areas and that alot of those arrested were arrested for more than just possession of illegal substances. Now if that isn't an intelligent or even accurate answer then I don't know what is and I think anyone who doesn't think that is so far up their own ideological ass that they can't allow themselves to see it. That doesn't mean that increased police presence addresses the high crime rate in the first place or that those are even the best policies for that issue. I'm certainly not a Mayor Cheat supporter but I am capable of objective thought and pointing the truth regardless of my biased leanings.
